when i saw the anna building that’s just only chess sets i thought of her on some stream (might’ve been kevin’s podcast ep with her?) talking about having friends when she was young buying her exclusively chess stuff as birthday gifts and she was like “appreciate the sentiment but please i HAVE chessboards i would love to receive any gift that is not chess”… the chessboard warehouse is what i imagine her room would have looked like after a birthday or similar gift recieving situation. just a fully unnecessary amount of the same chessboard over and over. i sympathize with anna’s schooltime friends though lmao i knew one girl in school who had guinea pigs she rly loved and i think me and 2 other people in our friendgroup who weren’t good at creative gifts gave her the EXACT same pair of guinea pig print socks like she even openly had other interests but nah we just bought the same guinea pig socks unplanned cos we could think of nothing🤦‍♀️

It sucks that the person who hit Kevin probably won't ever be found but I like that he seems to have made peace with the incident and, while it's hurt his body and altered the course of his life, it's led to something amazing for him and his loved ones.

I’m pretty sure the guy who hit him was identified. In a podcast with MoistCr1TiKal, Kevin did talk a bit about the incident and (if memory serves me correctly) the subsequent court case. Apparently, the guy got out of the car and started yelling at Kevin about his wing mirror , so though the dude was acting like a total dick, it doesn’t seem like it was a hit and *_run._*
