Thank u so much Erin , I really enjoyed your video . I love to see families get together & visiting their loved 🥰 ones . And it’s sad 😢 but at the same time, happy because they probably reminisced of all their memories . The cementery was so beautifully decorated , with the simpasuchil flowers 🌺. Oops I think I misspelled the word , and hearing some people singing . For their loved ones and the food vendors , it was a lovely day . And it didn’t even look like a cementery , thank u 🙏🏿 for sharing this special day with all of us . And your home 🏡 it’s coming along , they worked very hard . While u were gone to Michigan and the food looked so delicious 😋 . 🙏🏿🥰🌺😊🏡👍🌸🌼🌻

Thank you so much for sharing this! I am going to Mexico for Christmas... but I feel like I should have left sooner! Maybe if my residency is accepted, I will live there ... I was rejected twice even though I am married to a Mexican... Not sure why... anyways maybe next year I will be in Mexico for this celebration... the flowers are amazing!!! :)

It’s so interesting how some cultures have such respect, love and reverence for those who’ve gone before. It seems kind of strange, but beautiful the more I think about it. ❤

Their cemetery are absolutely beautiful I can’t believe how much something like that would cost here in the states when we buried my daughter 9 years ago it cost me a little over 15,000,00 and all we were able to get her was the plot and a ground marble headstone, then my parents and 4 siblings passed away so we were just getting over burying one and we had the grief off burying another love one, my husband is from Vera Cruz Mexico and he not doing to good from complications from covid after his lung transplant and my 7 year old great grandsgrandson is dying from brain cancer, my husband wants to be cremated and return to Mexico 😢😢

Sunday would’ve been my mom’s 95th birthday and tomorrow, the 5th will be the 38th anniversary of her passing. I miss her everyday. I lit a candle in her honor. My husband is Caucasian and when I mentioned it was her birthday yesterday he asked why I hadn’t lit my annual candle. He knows my Mexican tradition.

Thank you for sharing so much with us the viewers. If I can make a suggestion and a question. Would you mind moving your camera a bit slower. Sometimes it goes so fast. Also why do you say adios ( goodbye) to everyone as you walk by? I thought the greeting would be buenas tardes/ noches/ or buenos días. I have never had the pleasure to go deep into Mexico which is why I’m asking. Thank you once again.
