I am also a NICU mom. I cried so much when I had to leave my baby overnight at the hospital when I was released from the hospital. I had just had a traumatizing birth and to see other women leaving the hospital with their baby while I was going home without one really sprung me into PPD. Stay strong and share only when you are ready. Visit your baby as often as you can for as long as you can. Take pictures/video of you talking to her and cuddling with her for your own private viewing. It took me a while to see those pictures of my baby with all of the tubes connected to his little body, and to this day I still cry. But I know I won't regret it in a few years when he is in kindergarten or a sassy teenager. Wishing you and your family the best

Missed these videos so much! Praying for the fam and all the NICU visits and health of the kiddos and twins ❤ what an exciting new journey! NICU is hard and never gets easier, but you’re doing amazing! My baby spent several months in the NICU the second after delivery and it was all a very shocking and difficult time in my life. But it does get better ❤️‍🩹 you are strong and an amazing mama!

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time … I am loving the mum kitchen content. It’s so great to know that other mums spend so much time in the kitchen too haha. I completely understand your decision for privacy on the internet. You are so brave to be putting your life out there for criticism from random strangers!
