I see you made this video 4 years ago so not sure you will see this comment. I just watched your video about selling your home in Alaska and not knowing anything about Montana Haven, decided to look it up on KZbin. I started watching your “Love Story” video and was so surprised to learn you have lived in Libby and Bonners. I lived in Libby from 1975 to 1984 where both of my daughters were born in Kalispell. My husband taught school in Libby and we built a log home (not knowing what we were doing) out on Quartz Creek on the north side of the river. We even had gone to Rexford to buy some rough cut lumber from the Amish for the construction. My husband and I were divorced in 1984 and I moved, with my daughters to Colorado where I still reside. But, how I miss Montana. My youngest daughter wanted to live with her dad and went back to Libby and graduated from Libby High (Loggers). My husband retired from Libby Schools and has now passed away. What a small world we live in especially as followers of Jesus! I will be checking out more of your videos!

Those are some great stories, I really enjoyed them! I think that most relationships these days are missing the spirituality they need to be a great relationship and so many people take relationships for granted and think only of themselves when they should be putting their partner and God before themselves. If people would let god into their lives and relationships more the world would be a better place and there would be less divorces and single parent homes. Really appreciate both of you sharing your stories with us!

You had mention Bonners Ferry and a Bakery in Bonners Ferry. My wife and I took a drive to Bonners Ferry one day and went to Yoder's Bakery, We enjoyed the store and we met Mr. Yoder. Or at least that is who he said he was, he may have been on younger Yoder but he explain a little bit about the store. We ate their realllly good sandwiches and bought some goodies to bring home. We are still working, but being very careful and doing whatever we can to stay safe. We will show a picture in one of our videos of my mothers quilt that she made a few years ago. She is still quilting even today at age 85!

You look like you were made for each other. I am Apostolic. We date with chaperones. We fast and pray at the age 17 for the Lord to give us a companion. We date with marriage as the intention. There isn't a bunch of random dating. People often testify I have only had one boyfriend/girlfriend. They are now my wife/husband. Beautiful story!

Somehow I have found myself to Mennonite / Amish KZbin! I am absolutely in love with this.community! I admire their insane work ethic and simple way of life not to mention their love of God! I just happened upon your 'You Tube' channel last night and I watched 'your love story' video.. I heard that you lived in Ovid Elsie when you were a young girl.. I'm from St. Johns Michigan that was 9 miles to the west of Ovid and use to work at The KMart Store in St.Johns when it opened in the early 90's.. Talk about fate. God led you two together. It was like that with my husband and me too. I went to meet him on a blind date while staying with my girlfriend and her husband in Virginia; I was 25 and he was 30. Within one week we were engaged and in two weeks we made a commitment to marry. We have been married 34 years, have four living children and wouldn’t change our lives.
