Beautiful story! I was 17 when my husband was 21 and had just returned from Viet Nam, so I felt the same way as Alyssa. My proposal was in a letter and the wedding was 8-22-70, so in 9 days it will be 51 years! We have 3 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Time does fly and enjoy it while you are young and healthy. My husband has a lot of medical problems due to exposure to agent orange in Viet Nam. We are now retired, but it is difficult to go anywhere because he uses a walker and has braces on his legs. Take time NOW! Your story is beautiful! I met my husband when I was 17 and he was 31. He is almost 15 years older than me and we celebrate our 37th anniversary later this year. Neither one had been married before or had kids. We have grandchildren now.

Yes time flies! I love this video! Soooo sweet! I met my hubs at BJU….. He went to Army before college… He was 24 and I was 19 when we got married, almost 55 years ago! 6 kids, 14 grandkids, and 2 great-grandkids ( so far!) and I love him now more than ever! All glory to God!
