Joseline you are honestly such a genuine person. Thank you so much for actually showing us your process.. which you didn’t have to do but you did.❤️ I’ve been trying to resell on eBay and didn’t know how to get myself there.. but you showing us how helped a lot. Thank you again. You are such an inspiration. I be thinking I’m you when I go out thrifting!🤣 haha. Some of the items I wouldn’t have known the maker or what it is if it wasn’t for you feeding us all this great information. Once again. Thank you.💕💕

Jocelyn I want to thank you for keeping buyer's confidentiality. I have bought many items from you over the years for my own collections, and birthday, and Christmas presents. I would hate for my kids to see their gifts ahead of time.

Bingo! As a buyer, clear and comprehensive images are usually key to making a purchase. I collect vintage men's aloha wear. It's frustrating when the photos don't include details like buttons, button holes, or tags, or are so fuzzy you can't assess condition. Buttons and button holes are very diagnostic for determining age and as usual for clothing, condition is really important.

This was such a helpful video! Thank you for taking the time to share this information with us. I list on Mercari, but haven't taken the leap to list on eBay yet due to being intimidated by the entire process. Watching this made me realize that listing on eBay is basically no different than listing on Mercari, so I think I am ready to get started! You are appreciated! xo

I'm so pleased to see this video. For over a year, thanks to things learned from CLL, I've been buying things and setting them aside to eventually sell on ebay. Being intimidated by the mysteries of listing and ebay basics, that's as far as I've gotten. This video may get me to take that next big step. Thanks Jocelyn.

What a little gem you are Jocelyn. How generous of you to share how you list your items with all of us who are now itching to try to 'flip for a profit' lol. You make it all look so easy but there is a lot of work involved and also, you rarely talk about it although you mentioned it on your 'bunker' video, about the long, hard struggle involved in getting your youtube channel to become successful and to build the volume of subscribers you now have on various platforms. This is why, despite my high hopes, I am unlikely to become an overnight millionaire after my first visit to the Charity shop later today but you never know!!!

Great video! 👍 I do it similarly, but backwards to you. I'll take photos of several items (including measurement and weight as you do) and start a draft with a title, and photos. Then later sit down at the desktop computer to write the listing and make it live. I also guesstimate package size by adding 2 inches each way on anything needing padding. As for photos- Cover photo from best angle, front, back, top, bottom, left, right, details, damage/problem areas.
@MattBlytheTheOne2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed seeing you rather than just listening to your hands, grabbing stuff from the shelves, lol. I find the quickest way to list is to upload from phone, save as a draft and complete on the computer when it's convenient. Using only phone is OK if I only have one or two items to list, otherwise it is too slow for many items :-)P

To avoid having to lighten your photos…this is what I do. I take photos of jewelry on my iPhone. I turn my light box all the way down to the dimmest light and then up one. Sounds crazy but it works. It’s a white balance problem. The other thing I do is turn off the HDR on your phone camera. Upper right corner. I don’t remember what that is but that’s how I do it. Hope it works for you.

It's giving me food for thought as to how to get my listing volume up. I'm mainly on etsy but am needing to move more items faster so I'm adding things to ebay lately.
