Nosotros vivimos en Canadá, Mi Mama ya está jubilada y construímos una nueva casa que se parece mucho a ésta pero la de nosotros es más grande y en un terreno grande, apenas la acabamos de terminar, con todas las amenidades, aire condicionado en todos los cuartos, sala grande, lavadora y secadora, satelite TV con internet wi-fi, piso de marbol blanco. Mi Mama ya vive en El Salvador casi permanentemente, solo viene a visitarnos a Canadá, yo me jubilo en 5 años y allá me voy ir a jubilar por supuesto.

Beautiful house. I can only imagine the great weather as opppsed to the USA with its freezing cold weather, high inflation, $ 11,000 dollars in property taxes and the threat of losing your house if you are late with the taxes, unfair system. Horrible. Definitely I am planning to move too.

We’ve been watching your series of You Tube streaming videos You’ve talked about a lot important things that are very helpful to us. I’m just a typical Caucasian guy. My wife is El Salvador, but left the country at a very young young young age. I’ve been here for about four months with my wife as we’re looking around for her places to settle down and get the business items taken care of the two talked about and your videos. Talking about taking a huge step from there. It’s amazing. I was only been here four months and I love the country. Congratulations on your new house. It looks amazing. You see, God always delivers🙏you went through a little bit of suffering, but in the end, you found your home. A few things I like to point out if you don't mind. The gas tank needs to be strapped for safety purposes, and in the future, ceiling fans would do wonders for you, and one last thing that I would recommend is getting yourself a generator inverter for when there is no power that way you can run electric range,dryer, etc..and also dig a water well. I just thought I share with you what I'll do in the future when I go back🙂

Thank you for all those suggestions. The electric power it's actually very reliable here, it has gone maybe 2 or 3 times for a few seconds in 3 months. We wanted to do the gas way to leave the electricity for the A/C's and the pool otherwise we'll be just working for the power company. lol. you're right God always comes through.
