My main focus is to make you feel like you are at your favorite theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland and more! I also help with tips and tricks to navigate your way around the parks. I keep you updated with new Information from theme parks and hotels. The goal here on this channel is no matter what you are going through good or bad that you always can click on my videos and relax and forget about everything that may be going on and be immersed on the adventure we go on together.

Thought. A counter height table where the tile meets the carpet would double as dining space and island prep space. Allow you to slide that awesome couch into that wrap around window space like it was made for it (should be just enough space to place a tall lamp behind for evening reading in that corner).

My husband & I just moved into a rental home as well with our 4 month old & my brother in law. It’s the best way to go right now. Although our apartment was essentially cheaper (it was a non updated apartment); this house is sooooo nice. I feel so great. Our closet is huge & I feel like I shower in an Airbnb shower everyday. Plus the tub is big so I’m grateful because usually I can’t do bubble baths in the standard tub. I am hoping we can buy this house by miracle even though it’s not for sale. 🙏🏾🙌🏾 Congratulations guys!

I love your new place. The Orlando market is insane on price and the HOA fees are scary high. I'm glad you found such an amazing townhouse. It's beautiful. Love seeing your excitement, congratulations! Maybe put a corner bar and shuffleboard or game unit behind the couch? You can get a cool island/dining table to put in the kitchen so you have best of both AND no food on carpet 😅 Check with a feng shui expert for your office space Dev. I’ve seen many vloggers put their desk facing the window for added lighting...but I don’t know if it’s best for energy flow. Lastly, in the garage, there’s a hanging storage possibility and you’ll still have clearance for the vehicles! Looking forward to seeing all the new additions! ☮️

Moving stinks. It’s so much work. We just moved this weekend. Well actually still moving. We were renting a condo and now We bought one. So we only moved across the street. We didn’t pack, we are just carrying our stuff over room by room. I can’t wait to be done with the other unit. Still have to empty the garage and clean. It feels like a never ending process. I will say even with the interest rates it was better for us to buy than rent. Here in Delaware rents are $1800 to $2100. Our mortgage is on $1673. We were tired of dealing with landlords and property managers. We were able to get a USDA loan with now payment down, just needed settlement costs. That was still over $14k but so worth it to me. Enjoy your new place!

In the kitchen you could add a island either have one built or find one. I found one that has stainless steel top and doors and shelves that has wheels. You like to cook and adding more counter/ or serving area really makes a difference.

I saw on tiktok (I think) where a woman bought a tool/workbench from home depot and used it for an island and it. Was. Amazing. I think I'd out the TV in front of the windows next to the front door. Just my opinion! Beautiful home. I am bummed for those trying to buy homes in Orlando and them being bought out by companies. But I usually rent a town house when we go so maybe I'm part of the problem!

I’m iffy about podcasts if they are fun and maybe showing off cool park merch cause I’m a Disney collector I’d like to see more of that. Some people on podcast just talk to much and have extra long videos I tend to get bored. I’d be fun to have guest on and maybe keep it to 30 minutes and under. I would love trips that involve hiking. You did a video venting about Disney as you were hiking a trail. It was really informative and would love to do vacations that involve a break from technology and loving nature (P.S.: I recommend a moveable island. Great for space saving)
