I saw the video of your previous Parisian flat and was so impressed by how immaculate it looked. How disappointing you had to find out that the flat carried health hazards. Going by what I saw in your video, there were no visible indications. The contrary, the flat looked pristine! This is what makes renting/buying so stressful, I feel. Even when all looks well, and even when you think you have checked all there needs to be checked, you can still get unpleasantly surprised.

It’s a fabulous apartment!! I love those tall windows & high ceilings, they make everything so elegant. I’ll give you my 2 cents on the bookshelves. I think succulents would look great. A variety of shapes & various shades of green . Hey, it’s your apartment you do what you want. Really a lovely place. Nice to know about the latex & mold. Good Luck with everything! @@claudiaglows They actually now have glass on the bridge, but provide places around the lanterns where you can still put locks. It is my understanding that they remove them every so often, if not daily. A beautiful tradition nevertheless 😊. xxx

I’m sorry you had a flood. We have a leak in our house about five years ago. It was a newer house even a parade of homes winner But it had a leak in the roof and we unknowingly had mold in our house and I got so sick. I have never been so sick in my life. Thankfully, a good doctor help me recover. I’m so glad something good came of the water damage you were exposed to. I love your apartment! It’s so spacious and I love old world. It’s one of my favorite styles. Glad you have such a beautiful views to enjoy! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Claudia, I love the apt! It is so roomy and open with all the windows. I like this apt better than the last one. One of the only things I am allergic to is mold. I can detect it from another room. I am so glad you all do not have permanent harm done to your lungs. Poor Sam. I am so happy she is OK, as well as you and your husband. But….the highlight of the video is your beautiful skin! Hi beautiful, it is great to hear from you and thank you for your lovely comment. The sauna has helped me detox the mold and well as just detox in general. But sauna has so many other benefits ( I actually made a whole video on the benefits), for well aging, such as it can help decrease the risk of heart disease, Alzheimers... and is great for the skin and it is super relaxing :) Wishing you a wonderful week. x

Hi gorgeous, it is always so nice to see your beautiful face pop up in the comments. Unfortunately, no room for a kitchen island, unless we take out the table, but I think still, it would be a bit awkward. We love the big birkey, it is definitely worth the money. Hi May, the nut creams and nut butters are from Rapunzel. You can get them at a Reform house or health food store. Really all of the are delicious. As far as the sauna, I made a video on the benefits of heat therapy and sauna not too long ago. The sauna is by Therasage, here is the website therasage.com/collections/affordable-portable-saunas. Hi beautiful. Your appartment is gorgeous. Love that meditarian/oldfashioned look. The ceilings, the details, the wooden floors, beautiful. Spacious and so many windows. Very cozy. Thats what i lije. I cant undestand that new futeristic style, i call it cheap 😳🤪😜 square rooms, no details, plastic furniture and want the same money as for a real deal 😳 My sister in law loves that, and she is thinking that i will allow her to decorate my new home, when we get it, hopefully soon. Its a lot of good things are happening behind the scenes. I believe that we are finally going into Jubilee , in Gesara/ Nesara. Claudia may I ask you something unrelated please? You mentioned one time that you add Methylene Blue to your mist or lotion, I don't remember now. I want to do the same but can not find any information on the correct dosage so that it works but also is safe and doesn't color my face bright blue :) How many drops and what % do you add to your products? Do you add before each use or mix would last for a while? Thank you!

Hi, so there is not really a recommended dose, but what I did is add 5 drops of MB to a 250ml mist. That seems to be a good ratio and I am not turning blue ;). I have also put one or two drops in a 50ml lotion without any problems. I hope this helps xx

Lol! We had the same issue as to where to store mops and brooms in our apartment in Athens. I decided to store them on the small back balcony off the kitchen. I’m sure the neighbors didn’t like looking at them, but no one said anything to the crazy Americans! I couldn’t fit my large American plates in the cabinets either. I wonder if you bought a larger slim rectangle breakfast table if it could also be use for counter space to prepare food?

The problem is that we move so much, and we will actually only be in this gorgeous place for a bit over a year, so what we buy now might not fit in the next place.... x
