The chaparral was my first choice when I started searching just because it had 3 dedicated bedrooms. But I HAAATED the fact that there was no real living room space in it. I don’t have a family like you guys, it’s just me and my cat and I’m a full time veterinary student so I wanted a space where I could sleep, hangout with friends and entertain, and a space specifically for my office. The chaparral does have great storage but I think the addition of that extra room took too much away from the entertainment areas lol. This one does seem to work better for you guys because your kids still have their own area and you can all hang out in the dedicated living room space. I still need 3 rooms, so I’ve actually been looking at two bedroom toy haulers. That’s way I get my office, my bedroom, a spare, and I still have an actual living room space. I hope you guys enjoy your new rv and get many years out of it!

Eric Petrie the spot I’m putting mine is where the table will be. As far as the noise you will have to go in the master room to work. Or put them in the master with the door shut and a movie lol. Hope you get it all figured out.

Omgooodness you guys crack me up!!! I love your trailer tiny home. We have two , one is two bedrooms for my man and son to use when working out of town. They are construction workers. So they work out of San Francisco so they drive there on Sunday come home on Friday night. Luckily my man has only 5 years left to retire. I’m already retired. Nice!!! Love your sweet family! We’re kinda similar to you guys. We have three kiddos too but all boys! We’re also selling our home and moving into a rig similar to yours, except it’s the Keystone Montana (don’t ask me what the model # is lol ). It also has the upstairs loft area. Going to be traveling a bit to find our niche. I also plan on homeschooling our boys. I would love to see how you guys do homeschooling, if possible. Also I’d love to see how you guys organize. I honestly have no idea how I’m going to fit anything anywhere , especially kids stuff/toys

Shekina Design the two oldest are up stairs and the little one still likes to co sleep here and there. The living room also has fold out couches. Plenty of room in the rig for everyone plus more ! We love it. New updates coming soon !!

Nice RV! Soft closed cabinets is what the designers call them. Just a gentle suggestion for the future. You should get a microphone extension for your camera or a microphone to wear. It was difficult to hear sometimes😊

Yay for Rv shopping ! Well it all depends what works best for you. If your going full time you have to think where you will spend the most time together. What I don't get is where are you planning to place that dining table after you move it out of it's place. Looking at the floor plan I don't see any other place to place it unless you remove something else. FYI, we are also looking at this unit and have been thinking of the things that we need to make to improve it for us.
