so wonderful!!!! We are in Northern Canada and help with owl rehab but dont keep any for lenghts ofr time . We're having a bad year for starvation and recently had a Snowy for 14 days!!! Such awesome creatures!!!!

The owl is poor because it's injured. Freedom at that point would be indirectly killing him. These people are there to heal him of his injuries so that when he will be freed, it won't mean certain death
