The only way they would not get particularly big would be if they had medical issues such as dwarfism.

She’s cute, but you really should’ve discussed it with Jami. With rehoming all of the new baby goats to Forever Homes because of not having the space for them, I know you kept 3, I think that is why. Lolita is so cute. Jami won’t be unhappy with you for long, but remember this for if/when she brings home a baby without discussing it with you first.

And let's not forget that even though Lester is semi - retired, Jami still has a job AND chores around the sanctuary. Lester wouldn't be able to do it alone. Lola wasn't an emergency rescue, so Lester, you should have taken the time to consult with Jami first. I feel that it showed major disregard and disrespect towards Jami. Very selfish, and not how your partner should be treated. And to make matters worse, to use a child to help justify your mistake...shame on you! Love you all to the moon and back, but this time you were just plain wrong.

Connor stays next door I can’t for the life of me remember his mum and dads names 😂 but his mum is the lady who keeps Bees, makes soap do you remember she made the IMA soap as a sorry for her goats getting into the pastures all the time ? 😂 I’m sure she’s married to Lester’s nephew , in fact I’m sure a few of her goats live at the sanctuary now 🤔 I think they just wouldn’t go home 😂 I think she re homed he male goats because they got some of the babies pregnant, I could be wrong about that part though lol They also went into the woods and made a camp it’s a really cracking set up 😊

I believe that it's a matter of balance. For instance, at the moment they have an abundance of grass which the bigs feed on but less of the varieties that keep the goats happy. Thus it's possible to have too many of one type of animal.
