Good evening Lester. Great to see all the animals, goats, pigs, horses, cattle, ducks, geese and Journey. She is such a lady sitting on the bush hog as pretty as she can be. Lester, you may not be into “Gym Fitness “, but when you get home, I bet you take more steps than you would in a gym going around feeding and checking the babies! Plus, you carry buckets of feed and go back and forth from the barn. And you enjoy this so much, you don’t even realize you are also “working out”.

Thats exactly just about what i said like isn't it enough Work already running a farm??? THAT IS working out , it is a VERY physical lifestyle, proffession, passion, neccessity, or whatever may it be to you, that requires long busy hours ,not just an hour at the gym. It is a 12 hour a day , sometimes 24 hours in emergencies. All I would suggest to him is just eat healthier & he'll feel alot better , lose weight, gain more muscle, increase his metabolism, have more energy, just by changing what you eat & you don't have to compromise everything either. I refused to let go of whole milk, butter, sourdough bread, chocolate, cheese & natural sugar I just reduced intake over periods of time like with salt. BUT SERIOUSLY He has no truck being at a gym.

Then the flip- side is the other type of woman, mentioned by another commentor like : I'm in my sweats , since it's all I can deal with , gimme some coffee and just get me thru another day, bring it on!

I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum; skinny/fat. I know how I was treated being skinny and now that I’m fat. I’m the same person on the inside, no matter of my size. Sad how people are so judgmental. 😢

My dad was head of security at the markets (in Scotland) but he saw himself as one of the guys and didn't mind doing errands for the stall holders, but they had to give him near the exact change as possibly as he didn't mind spending their money on cakes to give out to everyone else. 😂😂😂 My dad passed away a few year's ago now, so thank you for bringing back fun memories of him, which you do often 💟👍

Lester, don't worry about going to a gym for a workout. You do the farm life exercising program with plenty of fresh air. Ringo helps you with the shuffle exercises, the geese push you on the backward running (and screaming) exercise, Pig Trudy loves the chase "me daddy" exercises, and all your babies help with the obstacle course at dinner. Tell me Lester how many teachers, co-workers, or people you know do a workout like that every day?

Lester "thank you" for a very funny / uplifting video today. I sat here and laughed at all the shenanigins and fun going on at Lester's place. I really got tickled when lester was chasing pig trudy for that bag of oatmeal. He thought he had her at a dead end, but she pulled a fast one on lester. She won lester. He couldnt see baby grace anywhere and soon found her snuggled in hay in with Dixie. That was so cute. Journey always looks so cute when she sits on your brush hog. She is so cute. That squeal pig newton does is horrible. Overall a great video.
