I know no one will read this but.. I went to a family gathering to a rental building (quite a lot of rooms) and it was the most liminal space vibes that I have ever felt, just walking through the long quiet hallway with dark rooms on each side, it genuinely put a fight or flight response in me. I was once walking down one of the hallways while the others were having dinner and it was so quiet and liminal that I felt scared walking down it, maybe because some of the ceiling lights were making an electric humming noise. And also maybe because down the long hall, there was some dark rooms and it gave off the creepiest vibes..

I've heard many definitions of the word 'liminal' but not quite as I see it. The word liminal is sort of a buzzword to many, people would call a regular dark room a liminal space. But the way I see liminal is sort of like a Deja vu in a sense. Some place or area you're almost positive you've seen either in your dreams or in reality. Doesn't matter if its transitional or not, as long as it seems strangely familiar in a sense, then I would consider it 'liminal'
