Thats a full itinerary of things to do and places to visit. Boff's going to abso love his Blackpool trip staying at Marton mere. We used to go to the old Ockwells caravan site, with the Broadwater one next to it, now called Cala Gran at Fleetwood. Wonder if anyone else remembers them back in the 70s.

@@travelswithtrevandboff When we arrived we had to find our caravan, as they were all placed in lines, with the bigger ones sited all around the edge. It was exciting finding out ours was on maybe Beech Grove that year, as they were all named after trees. One day I went with my mum to look at the Ponderosa caravan. It seemed huge back then, I thought it was beautiful. We always went by train to Blackpool North from Blackburn and my dad would carry the hard brown suitcase on every trip. Do you remember the old bus station on Talbot Road Trev. And the toilets underground, as well as the ones near to Central pier. I believe there was a walkway somewhere around there, but I can't remember that, nor the one that went over the prom from New Bonny Strret. The old part of that still stands across from Coral Island.
