Da hab ich 20 jahre lang meinen Surf Urlaub gemacht jedes lange Wochenende und wir sind 2m neben dem Wasser gestanden bis sie diesen Club gebaut haben aber im sep haben wir die Topcat WM genau dort ❤😂 Campione 🤌

Mario, thanks for another great video! I'm wondering if the wind on this spot is similar to the end of the lake (like in Torbole)? I've been once at Garda in Brenzone and there was no wind, so I need to drive to Torbole everyday. Thanks for the answer!

Vielleicht läuft man sich ja mal über den Weg, wenns euch in den Norden verschlägt 😊

J'y ai planché en 83 et en 85. Tu y trouvais le matos qui n'était pas encore commercialisé fn FRANCE. En camping tu payais aussi au nombre de planche amenées !!! Laprem à Torbol le matin dès 6hres à Malché... Vraiment un truc à vivre.

Is lake Garda mostly a foil based lake or you can go fin? Also im interested how do you plan your trips there? Does it have wind basically throughout the whole year or you check the forecast carefully quite often before going? My plan is to visit once but I dont wanna make a trip and then end up sunshining my gear 😂

In Malcesine and Limone there’s pelèr, a strong wind from north. Here small rig is usually required, 4.5/4.8 sail and of course fin small board. Roughly at noon the wind direction flips and get from south, with more wind in Torbole. Here you can go foil almost always, and most of the time you can go fin with about a 6.5 sail or more of the wind is less powerful. Days with no wind either in Malcesine in the morning or Torbole (10 mins distance) in the afternoon are rare.

South wind (Òra) is only in summer, as it’s a termic wind. Pelèr instead is there all year long, just it ends earlier in the summer

That's Campione. Imo not that great for windsurfing as there is an ugly chop. Probably better suited for foil as u used in the video. For fins i cannot recommend it.
