@ I don’t understand the logic of your answer about a credit card information. Which isn’t my concern. However she can report him missing without such documentation. I’m pretty sure she has pictures and his last location which was the VA hospital I think she said when she called. I don’t understand how a hospital could turn him away with an appointment or if he didn’t have an appointment. One look at David in his condition clearly anyone in the medical field can see and hear that he needs medical attention immediately.
