My sister met her bf when she was 14 and has been with him for 20 years now. I have a friend who met her bf at 14 too and are together 15 years later. It's like 14 is the magic number or something. They don't get married because marriage doesn't mean that much to them. They will be together regardless. And marriage has more penalties than it does benifits these days so it doesn't even make sense to marry anymore.

I met my first wife when she was 14 1 was 17 she turned 15 that week as my family was moving to California. I went to say goodbye she came out on the porch and I kissed her quick and soft and then told her I love you, she said you shouldn't say that. I left and we wrote and saw each other when we could as I went to the army. I just knew she was the one .it lasted 30 years, then it ended, it was hard for me but it was for the best.

Yes, I can believe that… the thing with the 3 months or less. Or rather, 100 dates. However, big disclaimer: it doesn’t work if you got, well, attachment issues. Like, if you fall in love with a guy or girl that treats you badly, because being treated that way is familiar to you, it won’t end well. („Familiar“ as in it’s been imprinted in your brain that this is „normal“ from the way people around your caretakers treated each other when you were a child.) Even if you don’t have any emotional baggage, it can get tricky if you don’t pay a lot of attention to the way you actually feel. Like, there’s that kind guy who treats you so well etc. You SHOULD like him because he’s such a sweetheart and your family loves him etc. But in fact, you’re bored, because he’s not only kind, but meek.

I know exactly what you meant by "when you know, you just know." My late husband asked me to marry him 2 weeks after we started dating. I said yes, we got married 2 months later. (We met October 11, 1985 and got married December 31, 1985). We were married over 30 years until he passed away in 2016. Cherish each other for as long as you can. I met this guy who was a year younger than me so he still had a year of high school. But we met. Fell hard fast. Got engaged almost two years later. Were engaged for two years. Got married at 20 & 21. That was 25 years ago and he just left to get our Chinese take out for dinner.

You guys are so precious. I can relate. I met my husband when I was 15 and he was 16. We were inseparable all thru high school.We got married at 20/21. We had our first baby at 23, he second a 24, and our last at 27. We were married for over 20 years. We were very BEST FRIENDS. Sadly we divorced but remained best friends until he passed on Oct 7th 2020. I am lost without him. My point is..... that the bond that you made will NEVER be broken. You WILL remain "family" no matter what the future brings. My husband and I married on the six month anniversary of our first date. I had just turned 21 and he was 27 so we were a little older but it did not take us long to know it was real. We have been married 47 years this past March but I keep telling him he is on probation. Keeps him on his toes. I found Part #1 on Saturday and watched the entire video. I have followed you for many months in 2023 moving into your new house and now you have Sunny who is a sugar plum. I never knew these early videos existed. Now tonight, 9/11/23 I have worked a 12 hour day, I am so ready for bed but if I go to bed too early I walked up too early. I googled to watch thrift store flips tonight. I am on a very tight budget saving up to buy my first home and my goal is to buy by March as my lease is up in March. Anyway I watched a great thrift flip and the very next video after it was this part 2. I felt compelled to watch it once the words said marriage challenges. It's nice to know the before scenes of how you both got together and how you were in the past is why your such a dynamic couple today. We live in a throw away society and not many couples take their vows seriously. And it's so nice to see a young couple making it work. In this video how you look at eachother and how you both embrace I have never had with any relationship. I believe I have been in love but looking back I doubt the others were on love they went thru the motions but I always felt something was missing. I have never married, I haven't any children and all say you have really missed out on something wonderful not having children. I turned 60 on 9/6 but, most think I am in my 40s. I do not think, have never smoked anything, I haven't worn tons of make up just a little now and then. I have always stayed pretty active. I use to run until I had a traumatic leg break in 2016. Still have lots of pain as I am loaded with screws, plates, plastic and donor bones. I am part labor at my job on concrete and part bookkeeper most every day. I spend long hours at my job and have been there 18 years. I have a nice male friend I have been seeing since Sept 29, 2009. I think I would be a cool wife and I'm ok old to me a mom now but I think I would have been a cool mom too. I admire couples who have a wonderful life. How these two tall about their parents and the relationship they have with them is just amazing. I wonder if that has anything to do with how awesome, and jealousy inducing, their relationship is. In part one, she ran and got her mom when he showed up unexpectedly at her house with their mutual friend. She had only met him once, barely spoke to him and wouldn't accept his help. She went home and told her mom all about him though. Plus introduced him to both of her parents, literally the day she learned his name lol. Then the first time they said ily, he woke his mom up to tell her. I love that!

My story is almost the same! Had a boyfriend for three years through high school, and met my now husband when his brother was dating my friend. I was 19 he was 18 we saw each other and just knew that we were meant to be! We each broke it off with the other people we had been with and started dating. That was in 1992, we got married in 94, have three beautiful children and one heavenly child and celebrated our 28th anniversary this past June !! Exactly how I fell in love with the beeston family! I support the knowing 100%. My wonderful hubby and I were introduced when I was in the 8th grade. Our marriage, which started as a friendship developed to love by 1995, my senior year. I became engaged at 18. I had planned to go to college so he stood right by me. We married in 1999 and welcomed our daughter in 2003. When you know- you know! You can tell you are friends first- and those are the roots where deep foundations grow!

My husband and I started dating August 2008, engaged April 2009, married July 2009. We were 18 and 19. Oh we got soooo much crap for being so young! I don’t recommend it for everyone, but I have absolutely no regrets! He is the love of my life and we will be celebrating our 14 year anniversary this summer and have four beautiful kids! Some people meet their soul mate young and don’t want to waste any time apart!! God bless you both. My husband and I met around July 7-77 and Married August 26-77!! We were married 40 years and he passed away from ALS on July 23-2018!! 33 days from our 41st Anniversary. He told me, he considered us married 41 yrs! I MISS Him TERRIBLY

I've only just started following you guys after seeing your shorts, I had no idea you guys were LDS, I am not remotely religious and neither is my family but your family is beautiful and your son is a testament to how wonderfully you're raising him and if this is in part due to your faith, I wholeheartedly love this for you guys. You were both raised, clearly, in a very supportive and beautiful environment and you're following that with your own family now and it's lovely to see. Though religion will never be a part of my life or my son's (unless he chooses it when he's older as he's only 2 now), I hope that my partner and I can raise such a beautiful child, within such a loving and supportive environment as you guys are doing for Jack and sunny.
