I am 40 and my (now fiancé) is almost 33 and we are so happy together. We have a 4 year old baby and we are living together since 2017. When I first met him I was scared because he was just 25 years old. But let me tell you, he is sooo mature and handsome and have so much respect for me and our relationship. My best friend is 29 dating a 24 year old man. She’s so happy! I adore them together and would’ve never known he was my age when I first met him. He’s so mature and treats her with so much respect. All of my best friends are much older than me, and I’m a firm believer age matters less the older we get. We’re all just so similar and connect so well, and that’s really what matters!

I broke up with him and it was the best decision. The Lord brought us back together and we’ve been married for almost 2 years now. My husband and I have been together 11 years and married 5 years with two kids. We broke up after 3 years together for 6 months and it was so hard. Both had a relationship with someone else (rebound) during that time but we just had some issues we couldn't figure out. I grew so much during those 6 months and it helped me learn so much about myself but it was so deverstating and hard to go through. 8 years later and he's the best husband and dad! Jeanine, I am so happy for you!! 😭💕I have been listening to your podcast and watching your channel for a few years now and now I am so excited to see how you two weave your lives together through your platform! It’s so true what you said about character and how Kaleb treats you it makes my heart so happy to hear this episode. My husband and I have a God story similar to this and I pray that my daughter gets a husband like her daddy, I pray that my 2 sons would have a love like we have because I know it’s a gift. 5 years and 3 kids later and we are so in love because he’s truly my best friend and through the hard seasons it’s so wonderful to have a husband that affirms me as a wife and a mom and all my body changes of 3 kids, it’s made me just in AWE of God’s goodness that He really knows what we need. Character is huge and age really isn’t that big of a deal, my husband is 28 and I’m 30 and his character and work ethic FAR outweighs his age. Godly men that surround themselves with other godly men will change the world! The next generation is going to be on FIRE for the Lord and to Him be the glory!

I love yalls story so much. I resonate so much with the doubt and anxiety you felt when you and Kaleb first started dating. When my husband and I first started talking, there were a few days I felt so much doubt and anxiety. I was doubting if he was too good to be true, and I was terrified of getting hurt again. I really leaned into the Lord during that time and He taught me that he allows us to experience doubt so that we’ll continue to seek Him first and be obedient no matter the answer. I pressed into Jesus, begged for clarity and Jesus was so good to replace all that doubt with immense peace- peace with continuing to get to know this man and see where it leads. That was a little over 2 years ago and I never felt those feelings of doubt again. Now we’ve been married a year and a half and welcomed our first baby in September. God truly writes the best love stories. So excited for you two and all that God has in store for you! ❤️
