I would suggest you watch the free documentary on you tube called “Super Juice me”. It’s a powerful documentary about how good clean juicing really does heal the body. Also, the book Eat to live by Dr Joel Fuhrman see his you tube videos. These might reset your hormones properly. One of the hormones that they use for IVF is progesterone. Which you can balance & produce with a good clean diet. Look into “Adrenal fatigue symptoms” also. Sites like Dr Lam. com & Adrenal fatigue. org are both excellent at providing info both have books...look at their symptoms list. You might be suffering from this too with all the hard work you do. It is believed that every adult will suffer from adrenal gland issues. Get tested for vitamin & mineral deficiency. Both of you are most likely deficient in B complex, D, magnesium (it is believed 1 in 3 people are deficient in these vitamins) all are needed to keep the brain functioning correctly & keep the body calm (helps with adrenal issues). Wishing you all the best.

For a long time the theater and tv and movies dominated the scene and you could never get to know the actors and sometimes if you did, you could be very disappointed. Acting can be a real glory-hound business and we all like a fairytale ending sometimes, but these videos are amazing how real and down-to-earth these young people are. It is relaxing as many of you have said and I give them genuine praise for what they are trying to accomplish. Welcome. I watched all the episodes in a few days and I have some insights: 1. The content you publish is great. 2. I know how to build a water intake for the needs of animals and for the home. What's more, I have an idea what to do to prevent water from freezing. 3. Regarding animal husbandry and focusing on one particular species is a good idea. Personally, I would choose cows and goats plus chickens because they will eat everything that is left of the household. 4. Regarding the pantry, remember that it must have waterproofing. Before backfilling the walls from outside, give a bucket foil. 5. Above the pantry it is worth making a green roof. This will allow for better thermal insulation of the pantry rooms. 6. It is necessary to make a water step on the stream. 7. For assembly at home, look for recycled box windows. 8. Ultimately, you can run a farm in the house in which you currently live. Wildlife plus food. Fair food. 9. Regarding pregnancy, that's a big congratulation. At the same time, I immediately say that you will certainly miss the peace that you currently have. Best wishes from Poland, specifically from Lipnica in Lower Silesia. We are already waiting for spring because the beekeeping season is coming soon.

My first child happened quickly, once I stopped birth control. Three months later I was expecting. After our first son was 6 months old, we began trying again. I was still breastfeeding so I think that kept me from ovulating. After I weaned my first son, we started to take my temperature everyday to watch for ovulation. I took my temperature everyday and kept records for 3 years. I was so disappointed. So, I stopped taking my temperature, stopped analyzing everything. I think I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins and even ate some junk food. LOL. The very next month......😊. 8 months and 18 days later we had our second baby boy. Totally natural. First baby labor was 4 hours, second labor under 2 hours. I gardened a lot when I was pregnant. I did my gardening in the squatting position. This helped my pelvis to be more supple and helped the perineum to stretch on it's own during delivery. Love your videos. Your sauerkraut looks awesomely delicious. Blessings to the 3 of you. ❤

I've just saw the Video now - and no, you're not alone! It took us not three but a good two years. Two years of frustration after a while. It was also a time we've had lots of stress during much work, renovating a house, having no time for nothing else than just keep on doing. The doctors always said, there is nothing wrong - i think the nature decided it wasn't our time yet. After my first daugther was born early 2020 we decided to soon start again if it takes that long - what should i say... 14 months after the first daugther, the second was also there. Maybe it was also the way we're eating now, using as less industrialy produced food as possible, growing own animals and vegetables which makes me also feel much better :)

I've been watching your channel for a couple years now. I decided to go back to the beginning and watch what i missed. I wanted to comment. I married my husband at 25. We tried for years to get pregnant. After expensive treatments didn't work, we gave up. Then since we both worked, i decided to get surgery on my jaws to move them into the correct position. I had a very bad overbite. The process started by getting braces. I wore them a long time. Then when it was time to break my jaws and reset them, i got pregnant! Of course, i chose not to risk surgery! I was 31, when i gave birth to my 1st of 3 children..... The last 2 came quickly after that. I was 34 when i had my last. 2 boys and 1 girl. I never did get my surgery. My jaws are in pain 24/7, but i live with it. My children, grand children and great grandchildren give me so much joy. God bless you all. I love your channel. I'm Swedish and Norwegian but have never been to either country so i live my ancestry through you. ❤️🙏🏼🤗

We were told that I could not get pregnant due to scar tissue on my fallopian tubes from a prior surgery that I had as a child..We were told our only choices were IVF (which was too expensive or adoption) We had accepted our fate and were living our best lives possible under the circumstances..Then one day I decided to take a pregnancy test because I had not had my period in around 4 weeks (which was normal for me at times) I remember watching the test turn positive and I called my friend because my husband was at work..I told her about my positive result and she laughed (because her and her husband had issues with getting pregnant also and she goes I just found out I was pregnant a couple of hours ago) So long story short I had to rush into my doctors office to make sure that this was not a tubal pregnancy because my chances of pregnancy was 0% according to all of the top specialists that we talked to about my situation..My doctor just goes well it looks like someone is having a baby after my scan and we were over the moon with the news..I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in August of that year and my bestfriend had her daughter a month earlier in July..After our experience I realized that doctors are not all knowing and to never give up believing in your hearts desire for a child..Sorry this was long but I just wanted to share our story to maybe give some hope to others that are struggling with infertility issues..

I live in Florida - I brew Kombucha I use 1 gallon of tea with 1 cup of organic sugar. If you mix the sugar into warm/cool team it's easier than trying to mix it into hot liquid (it gets sticky). When tea is room temperature, add the SCOBY and a cup of tea from the previous batch, , then cover the jar with cheesecloth so it can breathe, then sit that in the pantry (warm, dark place) undisturbed for 2 - 4 weeks. Then bottle with what you like. Fruit (fressh, dry, defrosted, - just enough to cover the bottom of the bottle). Seal, wash and dry bottles - then back to the pantry for a few days (until it is carbonated and has the flavor you want), then put it the bottles in the fridge. Is the cool temperature that stops the fermentation. Always open slowly, over the sink. I find it gets more carbonated if it gets a piece of SCOBY in the bottle. I bought various flavors of Kom to see what I like best an saved the heavy-glass bottles (so they won't explode) to bottle my home brew. Tart Cherry is my favorite flavor. They say you should not use metal in the process. The SCOBY will gobble up the sugar, it turns more acidic (vinegar) less than 1 percent alcohol and terrific health benefits). Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY). Enjoy. When in doubt g o o g l e. After you bottle up the gallon start another. SCOBY will last in sweet tea for years.

I'm sure I would be the same but I like women better. I think it's how your hormones work and maybe a little bit psychology...if you are stressed or not.

Merry Christmas to you both and your animal family. Kombucha here needs to be burped every day and we only let it second ferment for 2-3 days, then cool and taste, if not fizzy enough, we'll bring back to warm area for a day. The bottle will explode, we had this happen when we first started and it was a horrible mess of glass shards and sticky kombucha everywhere. We love fermented carrots and cabbage. I also love to make our own vinegars, this year we did pineapple, raspberry and blackberry vinegars, besides the apple cider vinegar that is a main stay around here. Praying for a health pregnancy for you and your little blessed baby. So good to see a vlog from you both and enjoy your time away.

The story has a beautiful happy God breathed upon end... Never thought to use a "bread wooden box" (or any box) to put your fermentations in... you can even add a small light and a thermometer and you open the little light when it is not hot enough... easy and good system!

So the fermenting process naturally creates gases which is why the lovely fizz happens. The bottles I use for my kombucha allows the lids to pop off when the pressure builds to high levels, preventing the bottle from exploding. Once the second ferment (in the bottle) is complete to your taste, then the kombucha must be kept cold or it will continue to ferment and create more gas. So keeping it in a root cellar or cold storage is a must with the bottled kombucha. I hope this helps =)! You two have an amazing channel, and your videos are so calming and uplifting. Thank you for sharing your days and experiences with us.

love your videos. I’m from The Netherlands but we lived in Sweden for a couple of years near Nora in Örebro län. We also had a small homestead with 4 hectares of woods and meadows. We were lucky it already had a jordkällare when we bought it ;) I miss Sweden. Only from your videos I understand that ‘ that old thing’ I found in the shed was to make butter :). Jag gillar det när ni talar liten Svenska’. I’m always happy when I understand it :) We had a three year old daughter when we 'flyttade till Sverige'.. We adore her but it was also very difficult sometimes combining parenting with homesteading.

Thank you so much! Yes, i wish we had a cellar here too when we came here, sadly not! Understand that it can be challenging having a child and do all the work, i hope we will be enough :) Wish you a happy new year!

@@Talasbuan Th cellar was great for apples and potatoes. Not so much for tomatoes, peppers, unions, ferments and canning etc.. They need a dry space. We also made Gouda cheeses in the rootcellar but that wasn't easy. I heard you say it was because of vegs and cheese together. Didnt know that. Thnx. .. Parenting was a challenge. No good schools nearby. As I said to my neighbour " Vi har livet i bilen' . We had no direct family to help out. summary: You will be enough

I truly believe it is caused by several factors. First and foremost is the prevalence of plastics with our foods. Most food is packaged in plastic, eaten or drank from plasticware and stored in plastic. The chemicals leach into your food. I read an article, many years ago, about this problem in a medical journal. The article stated that we would start seeing a rise in infertility, due to the fact that the following generation will have been ingesting plastic chemicals since infancy. It has proven true. The other problem, I see, is GMO produce and the amount of chemicals required to grow them. They are constantly being sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and every other cide. It gets in the plants and the ground water. This explains why cancer rates are higher in agricultural areas. These are just a couple of the reasons I think cause infertility. These are my opinions only. I'm no expert, but I pay attention.

Yes @ajmkendrick is right. We had our baby boy after 8 years. We visited many doctors and infertility specialists, but we were classified into unexplained infertility category. We gave up all the stressful chores and we had set a time line of 10 months, in this period if I cannot get pregnant, we shall adopt a non-biological baby. I am from India people were not that open to this opinion much during 2000's. Fortunately, my husband was very supportive and understanding. After this decision, de-stressing and a complete change in our diet and lifestyle made me to get pregnant with 2 months. Nothing is as bad enemy like the stress we carry in loads these days, unknowingly. Most of our modern day dwelling is completely blended with stress. Very minimal humans really dwell their lives. One time life, let us be happy, truthful and healthy from inside out. You guys are doing an incredible job. Really paving way for next generation kids and showing them the truth of our evolution. I got pregnant at age of 35 years. Health c-section. Everything will fall at right time. May u 3 do many happy activities 😊

Regarding the comment about the birth “one can only hope” is not an accurate comment. Having all the regular ultrasounds and medical checks can eliminate sooooo many possible complications, I’ve seen it so often. Good health care is why infant and mother mortality rates are so low in developed countries. I’m so happy for you. You both sound very sensible and intelligent, your little one will be in good hands.

don´t say this. Some people desperatly want a child. If you tell them in a way, that it is their fault, because they try too hard, this would be terrible (and not true!)

In regards to fertility & getting pregnant. I've noticed that when you think or worry about it, it won't happen. When you direct your emotional attention to something else then it happens. I remember back then when we tried to have our first baby. From the year we started till the year we had our first child, it took 4 years. Doctor kept saying that it will happen as everything is normal. At one point we were told to just go on a holiday. So, we planned a vacation away; somewhere relaxing & nice. The next thing we knew, I was pregnant. We ended up not going on that trip as I started to feel very sick (morning sickness etc). So, just the thought & all emotions focused on a holiday away to a nice place... and BINGO.
