Unless you were shown a warrant to permit unauthorized access of property or were using a company or government computer, this is invasion of privacy tort. A password is like a no trespassing warning. Get a good lawyer and sue the person for damages for invading your privacy. High dollar signs if you can prove it. I wouldn't sue unless I was put in a predicament though and needed to for self preservation and my future livelihood, but like come on, snooping on someone's privacy is like a bully just waiting to punch someone for anything. A persons right to privacy should be honored unless approached by a sworn officer with warrant present to conduct a search.
