Oh! I'm self taught - from clarinet. I think my flute embouchure actually gets better after practicing my clarinet, but not sure really, as it's not that good at any point, ha!

My favorite practice tip, similar to Joanna's first one, was given by Geoffrey Gilbert: "Remember, you're not practicing for next week, you're practicing for next year".
