A figure like 1 million means nothing when that covers multiple formats/software. I’ve been looking and not able to find the number of items for each software platform. For instance I’ve recently started using da Vinci resolve yet have no idea how many items are available for that. It’s not even mentioned in the video which just adds to my concerns it’s all adobe and Final Cut centred and just token amounts for other platforms. So cut to the chase, how many assets of the 1 million are for davinci? There should be lower tiers of access for individual platforms, paying the amount asked when maybe 90% isn’t applicable doesn’t seem fair when someone using adobe pays the same for say 50% of the assets which are usable.

i contacted them - thru email - fb - customer support thru their website everything. they did not respond, also they put on hold on my account after i paid the 1 month subscription. after they read my complaint, they ignore me or maybe they block me that is my their widget is not working on me i do have all the invoice , receipt but still 2weeks had passed they are not responding i hope someone could me , i just want to download some assets to help me with my editing
