This is my favorite channel as someone who’s just starting out in floral design!! You always explain things so clearly. I used your videos to guide me through making casket sprays for two of my grandparents’ funerals, as well as arrangements for a small wedding, and I’ve just been hired as an event florist. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge!

I have been watching your videos for a number of years now and often revisit them too. Initially, it was have a go with the view to doing something in the industry but soon had a reality check lol. In my experience, there are so few classes (particularly in Wales) which make your technique videos really helpful. I think also the trend for small, do-it-yourself weddings may have had quite an impact on your top five. You and a lady called Sharon Dower are my definite go to because of your explanation and easy style. There are not so many who show technique. Keep up the good work, John and thank you. 🌸

Thank you so much 😊 that is great feedback and I think you are right about the smaller wedding and the do it yourself aspect as well. It’s good to be able to make things and to make them personal to you as well. We shall keep adding content dont worry! 😀

Not surprised at the top 5, as I remember them well and found them quite interesting and useful ❤. My favorite was the cascade bridal bouquet with the calla lilies; the wiring technique you demonstrated for holding the cascading materials in place helped me greatly when I designed my niece's bridal bouquet a few years ago! ❤ I especially enjoy your large designs, I was inspired to collect greens, young sapling cuts, and wild hops to decrease cost & add unique visual interest to a large piece I created ❤. Keep up the great videos, always look forward to them and the inspiration they bring me, John!

Thank you so much 😊 that was a good video, and its a type of design that needs confidence and skill, so that was good to share. Thank you for watching and supporting us for so long 😀 wild hops are also a good source of free volume and have a great look as well!

Thankyou John, this was a very interesting video for this week.. Loved all five , especially the pedestal arrangement. I do love large arrangements using lots of flowers. I have used your ideas in making wreath table arrangements for my grand daughter's wedding.

Everything in the top 5 I've watched more than once. I practice floristry as a hobby and therefore your videos are very helpful. Thx for sharing your knowledge and experience. Your such a great teacher, you have a very pleasant voice to listen to. I cannot name anything specific that is in my top 5, it depends on what I want to make and then I look if you have made a video on that specific topic so that I can learn before starting to make my own floristry work. Everything you make I watch every time with great joy. I hope you continue doing so. Again, thanks John. Greatings from Indrani from Knegsel in the Netherlands.

Thank you Indrani, that is great feedback! That is the beauty of KZbin, you can watch a video as often as you need and it’s a good resource for all types of things. We have more videos to come - there is unlimited options with flowers really! You are in a great place flower wise in the Netherlands as well 😀 hope you have a great day!

I have been "with" you for over 7 years!! I remember these "old" videos--the pedestal one I remember watching a few times over. I believe that #2 was the first time I was brave enough to comment. (now you can't shut me up!) I agree that there is a variety of videos (something for everyone) but I especially liked the "instructional" ones, where you John, are the teacher. More recently, as you've semi-retired, I found that I enjoyed the relaxing aspect of watching an arrangement come to life--you've gone a bit more therapeutic now, saying, "enjoy" the process. I find it fun that I've been around a while. No wonder I'm your biggest fan!

Thank you! In some ways the main floristry items are set pieces and some items such as wreaths we have made a flood few variations in different videos, so it’s good to hear that you are enjoying the other videos as well. Working with flowers should be fun, relaxing, creative - and as you say, it’s about enjoying the process, so that was good feedback to hear. It’s amazing that people have been watching for as long as we have been creating! It’s very much appreciated! Hope you are having a great week!

This is really brilliant! I've seen each of these (at least once) and while I might not have selected them exactly, the top 3 would definitely been "in place". As I've commented previously, I love large and heavily floral designs, John, and you do them as well as anyone I've observed. Thanks for this, and continued best wishes to you, Janos, and all.

Thank you! It was quite interesting to see the designs that have had the most views - they might not be the most special in terms of design, but they are useful and are useable designs, rather than just display designs. I think you are one of our best subscribers and we really appreciate your support! Have a great day! 😀🌼🌼🌼

Thank you for your channel. So awesome! I've really appreciated learning the names of the flowers and greenery both in the video and in the description. Videos enjoyed (hard to narrow the list): Videos with bridal bouquets. I like to make them even if they're not for a wedding. It's kinda like ordering a beautifully decorated birthday cake and enjoying it even though it's not for anyone's birthday! "Popular Hand-Tied Bouquet Using Mixed Flowers - simple, easy to create -" "Three Ways To Finish Off A Hand Tied Bridal Bouquet" (pins in the ribbon) "How To Make A Tied Pew End" "How To Make A Bo-Ho Wedding Bouquet Using Floral Egg" Techniques: Chocolate box bows Arranging flowers and greenery in my hand in a spiral. Magic! Bouquet with flat bottom, cut stems so it stands on its own. Looping long, waxy leaves by piercing with stem. Instead of typical leather leaf fern, using grasses, olive branches, French or Italian ruscus, etc.

Wow - you have really got a lot out of the content, which is amazing. I love that you sometimes make wedding bouquets just for the process - its actually a really good thing to do, as you can get creative, try things out, improve your speed - in other words, hone your skills! And then you can just enjoy the result! Everyone is different and we can learn from everyone around us. I must admit I enjoy watching how to make videos - last night it was great as I made pizza from scratch! But also flower videos. So, you always learn something and your accumulated knowledge is the bits that you use and reflect you. I’m so happy that things I do, like using different foliages, are things you like to do as well, and it will be in your way! Thank you for such a detailed feedback - hope you are having a great week!
