Thank you. The very best sleep ever is when eating mostly beef and eggs. Try it! The result is no insulin spike from carbohydrates and the drop that causes adrenals to increase stress and wake you up. You can have good health without fiber too, but always eat foods with the natural fiber. No oils or juices! Cook with butter.

Have you ever come across - Panddison Initial Preponderance - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for curing your insomnia minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 got great success with it.

I have insomnia (it keeps coming back after treating it 2months) and I hope this helps me go back to my normal sleeping schedule. My eyebags are getting worse

I had insomnia for 6 months... it happened after I quit dairy. I added plenty of milk, cheese, butter back in from goat dairy (less lactose) and upped my fiber so my body had enough butyric acid, it's needed to make GABA the neurochemical that shuts down your brain when you sleep. After about a week of really eating plenty of these things my insomnia completely went away. Hopefully it helps you.

Thank You, we need all the sleep advise we can incorporate. Now springrain drummed on the window all night, no sleep at all this night. Yes I tried three types of sleepingpills at once, dark, excersize during day until I sweat, showers, no screentime. Besides The first swans arrived yesterday, meaning that the nearest Fields soon are filled with many hundreds of big, loud, obnoxious birds making loud noises most of the time. Forestbirds start to sing at 03.00 it is mating time for the noisy floppy animals. It means that those of us that live in nature must make breakfast at 03.00 and go to sleep no later than 18.00 to stay sane for at least two months. If You thought nature was relaxing, well natures sounds can drive You nuts too.

Every time I go for my holiday vacation, The time dfference between Canada and _____________( a Southeast Asian country) is 12 hours!!!! So.........I have a difficult time adjusting to the time lapse....for the next two weeks at least!!! I lay awake the whole night through literally..no kidding....and that reason alone affects my work .....my job .......What can I do??? I have tried “beating the urge to sleep “ in the wee hour of the morning.....(which is night time “over there” ........so I can re-adjust my “ brain time” .....back to its ORIGINAL pace!!!) but to no avail.......I have tried almost every thing mentioned in your video...no luck at all......Can someone help me please....By the way..Iam NOT insomniac......I sleep like a log ONLY this thing happpens ......as I said earlier....every time I go back to my home country!!!!! HELP!!!!

Go to the gym and workout if that's your thing when u get where u are, the first day and try not to sleep in the day. It works good for people who go to the gym and lift weights and I ve heard a lot of guys doing this to get out of the jetlag
