Our Ultimate Guide to Opening a Chocolate Factory

This channel will detail our story of how we opened Hill Country Chocolate and DKM Cellars in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas. We focus on the full range of chocolate - from bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturing, artisanal confections and traditional European chocolates, to the familiar American confections such as caramels, toffee, and brittles.
Our factory is unique in that it is open with windows allowing customers too see the manufacturing process, and we wanted to share that experience with you on KZbin through this channel.
