@@einienj3281 the "men must be 6' tall" thing started with the manosphere in approx 2014 from a meme with an obese woman with an "eeew" look on her face in a selfie on a tweet that said "when his height starts with 5 feet" and a guy replied, "when her weight is over 200 lbs". I'm a guy who is 5' 10" and have never experienced this IRL and don't recall it being a big deal prior to that meme going viral.

Years ago I was friends with this couple, he was 6'3'' and she was 4'9''. Even though they loved each other, their height difference was a very sensitive topic for them and they eventually broke up in part because of it. They felt they weren't a "normal couple", which is sad.

I agree with you that society is a mess and that although there are many campaigns about accepting "different" people, there's still a lot to be done. Just the idea of thinking of a "perfect society" reminds me of "A brave new world"by Aldous Huxley. Have you read it? Highly recommended. It thrills me. A kid with a disability or sicknesses can be born in ANY family. Genes have it. Parents with a condition can have perfectly,healthy kids and if they inherit it, who can be better parents that those that have grown up with it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
