Are they both the same size. I’ve an Oura ring size 11 I’m looking to switch to ultra human ring but I wanna skip the sizing kit process.

What's the benefit (or even the point) or one of these rings when smart watches are a thing? My main fear with these rings would be interference during a climbing session or anywhere else *degloving* is a risk factor.

No more so than a wedding ring I guess. That is a concern though.

I bought one because I don’t like wearing a watch to bed or to certain events. I actually only wear my watch for workouts and physical activities

I wear one because I like to wear a more classic watch, while I like the fitness tracking and health information; if I get a Apple or Samsung watch, I'm beholden to wear it everyday, if I have the ring I can put on any of my watches without having to think about missing missing that information. Luckily my work no longer has a degloving risk, so that issue doesn't apply but for those that do, it's important to keep that in mind.
