These auditors ask the same question. What are The first five elements of the first amendment and cops say they watch these videos, but they never catch on to answer this one question that says a lot about their mindset. It's not that they're ignorant is that they don't want to learn

The real problem is, they have no incentive to learn. People normally just do whatever cops say, so there is no reason for cops to actually learn the law. Also, when the cops are wrong and they violate someone's rights OR when THEY break the law, they very, very rarely suffer any consequences like you or I would. Even when cops lose in court, they don't pay the judgement themselves or suffer any consequences...therefore they feel they have no incentive to actually learn the law.

@@hip_check spot on! And anyone who has a job And they know that they'll get paid no matter what. Then it's no incentive for them to learn and the worse part it is a roll of the dice if you come out ok after a encounter with one

I believe more of them actually know our rights than they are willing to admit.. if they are caught on film stating what rights we have & then are seen violating those same rights on a later date, then they can’t claim ignorance which will cost them their qualified immunity.. don’t get me wrong, a lot of them ARE stupid but the ones that actually know what rights we have, will never admit to knowing it. If they were being harassed while off duty by some law enforcement officer, they’ll ‘suddenly’ know what rights we all have smh

It was a man named Jordan Maxwell. He said that the police always were the American people enemy and they were created to control the cattle and the cattle is us all Americans and he said the sheriff department was the ones that were supposed to uphold our rights and he said now The sheriff department are aligned with the police so we have no protection now

Friendly interaction, but I guess I'll have to be THAT guy: If any of these officers ever conducted a DUI checkpoint, searched a person's vehicle for drugs, demanded ID of a person suspected of no crime, then I can't call them "good cops."

They have integrity, professionalism and I feel certain they would not make an arrest for a constitutional protected activity. If every agency has that demeanor it would bridge the gap…

I'm glad you brought that up about their cars at the end. For whatever reason my sleepy little Piny township in NJ is loaded with these blacked out explorers or interceptors, whatever they call them. You have no idea it's an officer until they're right up on you. The worst this town sees is vehicle/house burglaries. Another thing they are doing is making the emblems blend in so that you can only see what's written on the vehicle when light hits it a certain way. That's shady business imo.

If you haven’t left Ouray yet, take a drive down Camp Bird Road as far as you feel comfortable because it eventually needs a high clearance 4 wheel or AWD vehicle. The most beautiful drive I’ve ever been on, and it’s arguably better than the Million Dollar Highway which is also beautiful.

I've been out that way three or four times Gunnison ouray lake City I like it I go out there and ride my side by side you really want to see something get off the road it's really nice have been a lot of places riding the Colorado on the trails you'd be hard-pressed to find a cigarette butt very clean keep on keepin on hope you all enjoy it

I'm definitely going to make the call and let their Sheriff know that I thought they did a great job. I really like their demeanor they never once asked what they were doing or tried to force ID it was a nice conversation and honestly that's what I like to see. I honestly think that those officers are going to break out the pocket Constitution at least take a peek now that it's been brought up. The only thing I didn't like is when I went to their Facebook page they're flying their own flag the flag of an occupying Army..... unfortunately while working under the color of law I don't think they should have the luxury to fly anything but the American flag and I find that flying the black and white flag with a Thin Blue Line is an abomination. They swore an oath to uphold the Constitution not The Thin Blue Line

Anybody heard of the “Denver Sniffer?” I met a guy from Colorado who was telling me they use this radar gun on your car that can see if you’ve been smoking weed. He says everyone uses a vape pen out there because if you burn some nugs in your car they can see it from a good distance away. Seems a bit intrusive to me.
