Lord, i treasure my time with you! I often repeat “thank you, Lord” several times for the same thing, because I am so grateful that you love me. I try to sit there, after my prayers, and be silent, but it does not last long, because I just can’t help thanking you because every good thing in my life is from you. I am thankful beyond measure✝️

Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where He prayed. Mark 1:35. Almighty God, help us to find a place to be alone with You each day so that we may hear Your powerful voice. Speak to us Lord, for Your servants are listening. Help us to tune out the noise of this world so that we may recognize Your voice. You deserve all of our attention. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
