I think both of their sentiments on marriage is definitely valid and it’s a great sign they can both talk openly about it to one another. I think Ayla might be growing more to want the stability that marriage is supposed to promise now that they have a child together. And perhaps they couldn’t solve their issues in the past which resulted in the mini break ups. Even though they eventually worked it out obviously, I’m sure it’s a small worry for her in the future. And they won’t have the luxury to have break ups/ or breaks to solve things when they are parents and need to give the child stability

Ayla is not wrong for wanting to be married when a child is involved. Unfortunately, unmarried women with children are looked down upon and ostracized by society. She’ll have a tough time fitting in with other women if they bring up the marriage issue as a way to put her down. Even if her partner is involved, it shows a lack of commitment and appreciation for a stable family unit. However, it’s not all on Kian as they should’ve had this conversation before having the kid. Marriage can’t be expected if he doesn’t want to.

Kian knows she wants to get married. But at the same time, Ayla is respectful of the fact that Kian doesn't want it to be forced. Having a baby with someone doesn't automatically mean you need to get married. It’s complicated in this case bc they were both on the same page about marriage first & now Ayla whether it’s the hormones or not wants to get married. I don’t think marriage solidifies a relationship, I think your son will appreciate more seeing a healthy relationship married or not, & Kian looks like a trustworthy guy. But your significant others wishes are as important if not it can cause conflict/insecurity in the future. I love how the marriage part was handled respectfully and Ive been watching KnJ for yeeeaars and I love them. I will never understand why people don’t want to get married or don’t believe in marriage though. Obviously you shouldn’t get married simply bc you have a child, but I think it’s natural that it makes Ayla think about it more and it is a nicer feeling for a child to have parents that are married. It signals unity. Kian really doesn’t offer any other strong arguments against it in my opinion. If he really loves Ayla, he should make her happy and give her the ring she deserves. It does not hurt him and it’s worrying that he doesn’t wanna solidify their relationship. my parents aren't married but they call eachother wife and husband, has 3 kids and have been together for nearly 47 years , they still love eachother as much to this day , they have had so many hardships but they fought through it , I feel like you shouldn't feel the need to get married because of having a baby ,no need of a piece of paper to prove your undying love for eachother , Your baby boy will just love to see his parents love eachother (married or not married) , I personally maybe could do a celebration of our love with all the important people in my life without having to include the government into it ,I feel like marriage puts so much pressure on a relationship(sometimes) and that is why so many end up in divorce(of course a lot of marriage do last and even a life time) , it's clear you two were meant to be & love eachother so much ,I personally feel like marriage will just come naturally if it comes to that , without being a must , so for that I agree with kian , cause I do not want to get married either , in my personal life people that have not get married are still together after 10+ years still ,compared to a lot of married couple are now divorced and enemies(which scares me) ,..
