In the summer of 2023, my wife and i went through the hardest times of our marriage and our lives. She was already dealing with depression and i was doing my best to be a husband, father, employee, and everything else. Daily, i would have to talk her "off the ledge" just to get to the next day. Then i learned a truth that made me mentally break, and all i had was her. Thank God i didn't take my own life. I couldn't pour into her, and she had nothing left to give me either. It was almost the end. God is the only reason i am still alive because there were a few times that i almost didn't keep going. This video is almost exactly what it was like. The colors, sounds, imagery, and feel. I even had a picture on the wall of us that i would look at daily just for a bit of hope. Thank you for this beautiful song and video.

This made me tear up. To me it looks like the man is struggling with depression, and the woman is struggling because the man is not there for her like she needs him to be. I have been through this in my marriage first hand so this really hits home. I was the depressed one and thank God I didn't go through with what I wanted to do. I am alive and we didn't get divorced...it was a miracle. Thanks Zahna for another work of art 💜✨

Wow, this video/song is really powerful! It really hits home for me. My Brother in Law tried to kill himself, and would have succeeded if his young son hadn't found him! I pray fir my Brother In Law to finally find a reason to live. My nephew is doing ok, he is now in the army, serving as a medic in Africa! Please pray for my family.

Not sure how I feel yet, I was thrown off when I went to her website seen a t-shirt: stronger than death with a picture of a skeleton hand doing the hand signal for the devil/satan. I read she is a Christian? Can anyone clarify. Thanks

Suzy (Zahna) is a Christian. I think the phrase "stronger than death" could be a reference to 1 Corinthians 15 and our victory over death in Christ Jesus. As for the hand sign, I have heard it has dark origins but many Christians and others use it to simply signify a love for metal music. I have used it this way myself, but I suppose the symbols' origins are worth considering.

Definitely a Christian. The skeleton and bone stuff is really just rock/metal cultural imagery, although Christian artists typically associate it with Christian themes. The hand symbol is synonymous with "rock on", "rock", or "I love rock" but sometimes a similar-looking ASL sign (with the thumb out) for "love" is used. Symbols and language are all really just subjective things. I am more concerned about what one's heart rather than an obscure origin that has nothing to do with the modern/intended meaning.
