I’m going with 4 Mrs. V. I love this series keep posting them. Hope you’re all staying well and safe with all that snow. I’m a bit jealous since we still haven’t gotten and snow here in South Jersey. Anyways, take it easy.

I have always been one to use everything up too! We just had trash soup last night and I have enough for another night. It consisted of half a jar of potatoes left over, tHe last of the tiny carrots from the garden, frozen garden peas and cabbage, leftover mashed potatoes and a chunk of leftover meatloaf chunked and all the juices from all the home canned meat I saved in the freezer that was about a quart worth and a handfull of noodles. It is amazing how much you can save by using up EVERYTHING! Love seeing others do the same!

Looking good as ever Bev. Sent your YT addy to a friend who is just starting to can (I sent her a water bath canning kit as a house warming gift ... I think she will likely appreciate a food mill too.) Thank you for your good, straight forward canning practices and your devoted video presentations.

I keep wanting to try Yorkshire pudding and just haven't drummed up the courage to...I made my first bread pudding and was highly disappointed in myself(I think because it was custard and I haven't ever had bread pudding so I didn't have anything to go by🤔)

@@lifewiththevolfies☝🏻 ABSOLUTELY!!! 🤔 I think it's because I used only homemade biscuits and I really think I used too much of the egg mixture because it didn't fluff up like yours do...mine seemed to be a plain ole soggy mess😟

• These 2 dinners on tonight's video • Shredded open-faced beef & gravy over thick/Texas(😁) toast (w/the steak fries you froze this summer) • Roasted beef bone broth • Beef stew (traditional celery, onions, potatoes, carrots) •[🤔BE READY TO FREEZE SOME OF THIS...I can easily fill an 8qt stock pot well before I consider adding the meat which will give you hefty 2 meals 2 nights in a row THEN you should have the same amount to go into the freezer😊]...Beef & Veggie soup (using your roasted beef bone broth) with/without the barleys(if soup you are entitled to add 1/3lb ground beef then the following: garlic, corn, peas, carrots, celery, onions, green beans, cabbage, tomatoes w/juice, and red potatoes
