Aren't sisters the best? I'm the second oldest of 8 and the oldest sister us 4 girls. Along with my children and my mom, they are my very dearest, best friends! I love watching you cook here for yours and do your day with much love for your family! We are truly blessed, aren't we? Thank you for sharing your life with me! ❤

I love the way you use lard. It is the best to cook with. I remember watching my grand mother cook with bacon drippings and lard. It made the best fried fish ever. I use real butter and real fat. It’s better for us. And I have a lot of cast iron cook ware also.

You are so kind to take your sister meals! The meals that you prepared for your family on this video look wonderful. I really appreciate seeing the ways that you cook various meats. I do not like to cook but you make it look so easy. I am with you on the hair situation. I did not have girls and I think God knew what he was doing. Thank you for sharing your homemaking. Zinnias are one of my favorite flowers with Geraniums at the top of my list. Think about potting some geraniums next year as they are so hardy and easy to grow. God bless you and your family!!

Laura, I didn’t learn how to French braid until I was 40. It has always made me feel less than to not be able to do those sorts of styles. Now - after a lot of practice…and tears…I can do all sorts of braids. I like to braid my hair for the same reasons you to.

I find that during the warmer months ants come in looking for water, they then find sugary sweet substances, especially if children have been around with food, I have found if I regularly hose down my patio area the ants don’t come in, they have their water so don’t seek out food.

How fun to have a niece and nephew born only 10 days apart! I have twins and when I found out that I was having them I kept saying, "I just wanted one more". Lol. And then after them I had another one. I have 5 all together. Having twins is fun but hard when they are little. I wouldn't trade it though🙂

Thank you so much for talking about fully embracing summer for as long as you can. I watch another youtuber who was talking about now's the time to stock up for winter and I hate that! I live in Canada so my summer is short and my winter is long and can be really, really miserable. I just don't want to think about it until i absolutely have to. Toys! I so agree and wish with my own three growing up I would have narrowed down. My Grandson I care for a few days a week (he just turned 4) and he has his own bed and room area here. We have taken away things and try and rotate. It helps everyone's anxiety and clutter. He plays much better with less things! When he gets here today I will have to show him that the baby was there with you in a clip! LOL Have a great weekend Laura!

We get a lot of ants in certain areas too and a mix of water, Castile soap and tea tree oil kills them instantly and keeps them away. I’d recommend it.

Would you mind sharing how to mix this up. I am having a problem with ants.
@megoya Жыл бұрын
@@rhondaborders3452 I do 500ml of water and 2 tbsp of Castile soap. That kills them instantly. The tea tree is supposed to eliminate the scent so they can't trace it and come back.

Hi Laura. You might know already but just in case to get the smell out of your instant pot ring I throw mine in the oven at 250 for like 20 minutes or so and that takes away any smell.
