There are plenty of trained robots otherwise, who can't even shake their little finger unless they are taught a few steps. Thats why it would be an enormous challenge to make a biopic on Kishore Kumar. There are so many people who have made huge careers mimicking all sorts of stars from Dilip Kumar to Amitabh Bachchan and everyone in between. you were wondering the actors who can sing as well. This legend does it all. He is from Kolkata. And at that time Bollywood was full of Bengalis. Lata (the legendary singer) once told in an interview that it would have been tough if she did know Bengali, because at that time the legends were like Manna Dey, Hemanta Mukherjee, Kishore Kumar, etc. Even Amitabh Bachchan can speak Bengali very well. This was the time after India got independence until next 30-35 years. The reason behind this was that at the time of the partition of India and Bangladesh, the theatres, studios, and all remained in Bangladesh, and these actors were mostly Hindus and so they had to remain in India, hence they all went to Mumbai to join the Indian film industry. Before Indian independence, Kolkata was the capital and Dhaka(now the capital of Bangladesh) was the biggest city in India which had a lot going on (theatres, films, universities, etc). A lot of History from the subcontinent. :)
