Yes it’s the same movie as the Macchu Picchu song. The movie has Rajinikanth in dual roles, as a robotics scientist who creates an ultra realistic robot in his likeness. Trouble starts when he upgrades his robot to feel human emotions. And it becomes a triangular love story between the scientist, his fiancée and the robot. The macchu picchu song was between the scientist and his fiancée. This is a dream song of the robot, hence the vast difference in the making.
