The renovated van looks amazing and I love the colour palate it gives it a nice warm glow and with floor being heated now they will have happy feet because we all know that if our feet are cold so is the rest of your body. Importantly, do the owners like their new and improved van?

You know what van builders should start doing, is, putting windows in the shower stalls. Like in the interior sidewalls, I mean. If you make the top half transparent, and you can see through it, it will make the van feel a lot bigger. You can add a curtain for privacy when you shower, if you need to.

That is an intriguing idea. We had a similar thought about doing a half glass wall in the shower of our bus build but never followed through on it.

Curious - why not fit the switch for the DC-DC charger to be accessible from the driver's seat? Granted, locating it where you did would be far easier.

That would be nice to have up there. We considered it but it was late in the build and used the wire we had left over, didn’t have a long enough wire to reach up there and were out of time to order more.

We agree that would finish the look. We were working within the customers budget and time window and it was one of the things that didn’t make the cut.
