Love when you come out with a non derby video. I still watch the tournaments but it’s a lot more fun to watch you in your element joking around catching giants. So much more relatable. Still happy for you grinding out the tournaments but I would love to see a good old Cole and Ben antics vidja here soon. Keep up the good work man

I’m a new sub Milliken glad to be apart of the MFers. Actually the first video I saw was your hair jig video and I watched the whole thing a couple weeks ago and that’s when I knew to sub. I saw the thumbnail for this video and it had the hair jig and it’s crazy how 6th sense is making them and I might need to cop a couple when they release ;). Possibly more hair jig videos to come too? Loved the video and good luck in the bass master opens!! Keep it up!!! 💪

Ben, actually tied on a Carolina rig for the first time in like 5 years. Put a hogwalla on there, and caught a few fish over 4lbs in an hour. Guess I need to try not to forget that technique!

A mix of Hair, Feather. and Skirt make incredible smallmouth jigs. I have one left with a bad hook in a 1/4oz and it was the best jig I've ever used on smallies. I wish I knew who made it but I don't and its like 25 years old and I have it saved incase anyone figures to manufacture it again. There's a market for it at least for me If 6th Sense was to make it.

@rhodesianhunter9360
@rhodesianhunter9360 Жыл бұрын
Welp, I'm not the guy in the video 😂 nor am I a frog expert. However one thing I like to do is cut skinny one to two inch strips of pool noodles and stuff them into my frogs. I don't pack them full, but I put enough to float the frog no matter how much water gets in. It makes fishing them way more enjoyable. As for the hooks it just depends on the frog and where I want to throw it.

Will use drop shot next time tho. I've fished my hole life. Don't hunt. Just use flukes and few other things for bass. Never got into it as much as jig fishing for white perch or big cats growing up. I'm 42 and learning all the ins and outs and tricks and just takn in all I can. I don't care for numbers or really any at all but 10+what I'm learing 85% of my time fishing. I missed a 12+ maybe 3 yrs ago or lil less and I ain't stopped. Got an 8'6" my pb but learing big fish from you only I feel my whale comn soon. From Eagle Lake Texas but in ne Louisiana. Grew cat fishing on the Colorado river. Keep it up make more haters lol
