I have a theory about why Dr Peterson became ill. I'd like to share it, and if you have any thoughts on my theory, I'd be happy to hear them. Jordan Peteson, a very intelligent and on the ball sort of man, learned about the World Economic Forum's plans and the upcoming hoax pandemic, the enforced lockdowns of small businesses, the deliberately destroyed economies, and the superficial "Necessity" for the "Great Reset" - "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy." (Marxism rejects the concept of private property). Dr Peterson then learned about the rushed through "Vaccine", and the resulting infertility, and global depopulation, not to mention the vaccine passports and coercion for people to accept the so-called vaccine, lack of access to services and goods for example. In addition to that is the upcoming famile. Bill Gates who has publicly stated that people in the richest countries should eat synthetic meat, is currently buying thousands of acres of farm land, to prevent meat production. It was too much for Dr Peterson and he became ill. I'd appreciate anyone sharing their thoughts on my theory.

Thank you Dr. Peterson! I cleaned my room, I pretended (for a while) to walk and present myself with full postural flexion until it became an actualisation, I got my act together (although when things go wrong and the chaos in life manifests itself, it doesn't seem like it in that moment), I struggled through pain and suffering and grit my teeth (so to speak). And now? Well, I was a failing Undergraduate student in Psychology, only in my final year did I come to realise the responsibility that I so carelessly neglected for some time, was the exact responsibility that I was yearning for. I completed my Undergraduate degree with a 1st class honors; I've now finished my Master’s degree and have an offer to study my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience. Looking back, I have you to thank, the words "Clean your room!" "Take responsibility for God’s sake" and the initial book 12 Rules for Life, literally taught me how to be a better person and to aim at something I never imagined to achieve. Thank you Jordan for sharing your knowledge and insight into what it means to be truly human. Thank you from all of us who have 'got our act together' for the benefit of ourselves and indeed our communities!
@whitedove23523 жыл бұрын
Keep going! You can do it. What they don't teach you in grad school to be psychotherapist is that you take what you've learned, theory, plus you're own experience, plus your empathy, plus your human-es, plus your humility and authenticity, and THEN, you help others. I was never taught to me that it was okay to bring it all together. JP helped me to see that you can't separate your own experience when you help others. I know we know we need boundaries, and i except that. I don't bring up things unless it's clinically relevant. Bu t then you have to define what's clinically relevant, and you don't learn that in school. Therapy is very intense and intimate. I find JP to be very intense and intimate. He is the link in everything in my life and professional practice right now. Wishing you a great journey ahead and may it benefit you and all those you encounter!
@mrnezbitt3 жыл бұрын
@@whitedove2352 Thank you so very much for your insights, very much appreciated! You have hit the nail on the head (figuratively speaking) regarding therapeutic practice. It is very difficult to detach from your own beliefs, experiences and indeed biases (whether that be implicit of explicit bias) even when helping others' in a non-clinical setting. This journey will be tough for certain but taking the small steps like 'getting your act together' only benefits yourself! Yes life is suffering, yes you feel oppressed and of course life is chaotic, but so what?! It's very easy to not take responsibility but suppose the trade off with no responsibility is diminished meaning in life which I'm sure most people are crying out for what the meaning of life is. It is simple, rule 2 in 12 rules for life "Treat yourself like you are someone you are responsible for helping". Thank you again for your kind wishes, it will be a tough struggle but I know that I will get there such that one day I might get to call myself a Dr. and to aspire to be as great as Jordan. Best of luck for your journey too!

@@jamesbryant8133 Thank you so very much for your kind words. I believe sharing your struggles and how you overcome them has some true power and meaning for others' facing similar situations. Even when one individual gets their act together this can spread and influence other people. I once thought that I was unable to achieve what I truly wanted to achieve. I used to be a depressive and think "I'm not good enough" or "I'm so oppressed that I there is no way I can achieve what I want to achieve". I used to feel so' hard done by' the world and everyone else and that truly wasn't helpful (it took me a long time to realise that it wasn't) and Jordan Peterson really put things in perspective for me. I believe taking the small steps towards a goal can lead to bigger steps towards the goal (like the snowball effect). Thank you again for your kind words, I wish you too all the success and I hope you and indeed everyone can actualise their own goals and become responsible.

Jordan, you're looking stronger with each passing week! Your voice is clearer and there's an occasional smile, and many smiles during your interview with Dave Rubin. It's such a blessing to see you, hear you, and now read more JPB! We're seeing the result of many a prayer lifted up on your behalf and answered by the God of the universe. Thank you for all you do, and may your road to recovery become more and more smooth as the distance becomes shorter and shorter. Continued prayers for your total healing as well as the health of Tammy and your entire family. 💗

So glad to see Jordan Peterson healing, before our very eyes! He sounds, and looks, stronger with every successive interview or talk. He has said he understands the irony of encouraging people to help themselves, then he succumbs to the ravages of the medications he was prescribed. But he is now looking back, seeing what the problem was, and in the process, helping all of us to look at our lives, anew. God Bless him, and continue to give him, and Tammy, strength!

You have no reason to thank us, Jordan. I cannot thank you deeply enough for everything you do. I don't feel the need to disclose things in detail, but all I can say is that you singlehandedly gave me the tools to transform myself into a man that is competent and strong enough to engage with this beautiful world. We owe you more than just the price of a book. If someone ever finds a quantifiable way of valuing truth, however much it is worth, that is what we owe you. Yours sincerely, Everyone.

I feel so blessed that I have found you and your daughter Mikhaila. I was, at the age of 47, diagnosed with combined ADHD. That was this January 4. I was also extremely sick with inflammation of my joints, I was starting to get allergic to everything. Actually I pretty much was allergic to everything. I had gone from being a chef cooking French food to basically a very strict vegan. The talk that I watched of your daughter explaining the carnivore diet changed my life!! When she showed the slides of her face I burst into tears. Hers was about 1% of the horrid damage food had done to my face. My face was at the point of it had a staphylococcus infection that was very close to killing me. I started the carnivore diet the very next day after watching that which was two weeks ago today actually. Three days after I started the diet I no longer had nausea my skin was clearing up, had more energy than I’ve ever had before in my entire life… In only three days! The day after that I first started I called Naturopath to send me for testing I’m still waiting for that, I quit doxycycline for my face because I had no more infection in my body it was starting to go down. I woke up that after the third day, with zero inflammation. So in the last 10 years, i’ve been diagnosed with arthritis all down my spine with C-5 and C6 degenerative, pernicious anemia, a kink in my esophagus, which turned out only to be scar tissue because last summer I was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. I immediately became allergic to wheat dairy and nuts that required an EpiPen, I lost 50 pounds from that sickness and I’m not complaining about that weight loss but how it happened. So after the spine stuff I was having this horrible face issue for the last 15 years and seem to only bother me when I was stressed. So then I was on Ativan, I’m on Effexor, oh yeah I lowered my dose on Effexor I was at 3×75 per day and now I’m down to 2×75 per day. From the diet. The allergies to food was absolutely debilitating. I would wake up and from morning tonight I was sneezing watery eyes, my asthma was a problem, I was so nauseous I couldn’t eat anything. And then of course these last few years my doctor just keeps giving me medication’s for things that she thinks I have to treat the symptoms of what she thinks I have! Like she tells me I have Acne rosacea so she gives me three or four different kinds of medication’s for that, my eye was bothering me causing eczema, apparently that’s from acne rosacea to she said. The cream for the face issues this past little bit was $300 for a small bottle, nearly $150, prescription allergy pills. I am a single mom who is currently in quarantine because of health issues. I am a Canadian thank goodness, so at least I have Covid relief. No insurance, and the doctor understands this but yet she doesn’t wanna treat the problem she wants to treat the symptoms. So I basically had to become my own doctor. I can’t believe, actually I can because I’m a Christian, how you and your daughter were brought into my life for such a time as this. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I'm glad to see you back Dr. Peterson. I've been following you since the release of 12 rules for life. Starting from a broken home and an absent father, I've managed to push through my misfortunes. I recently moved into my own apartment, bought one of my dream cars, and even started supporting my mother financially. I'm 25 now and I've gotten to where I am now because of my own strength. However, I know my ability to persevere against insurmountable odds can be partially accredited to you. Thank you.

I pre ordered your book . There are more women supporters of you than you think . And I thank your daughter for that . She’s one of a kind and your relationship with her is just .. so important . Also , your energy and sheer determination after your ongoing ordeal is so encouraging. Most of us will never go through what you did . That alone possessed me to order your book . Thank you Jordan . I've almost finished the first book and planning to start with the second right after. 12 Rules for life hasn't changed my life, but I never expected it to. Making my life better is surely my own responsibility and can't be done by merely reading the book; however, it has radically changed my way of thinking and made me realize that the majority of my suffering was my own fault. You have done your part in trying to educate me and countless others. Now it is up to us to really improve. Thank you for your magnificent and deeply thoughtful work
