Hey, he specifically said Voyager, that's important. If he hadn't said that, there'd be three times as many episodes on TNG alone, Voyager's just too bland to be controversial often. When you know it's Voyager, it's either Threshold, or the Very Special Episode about how hypnotists are giving people false memories that reads like an MRA screed about false rape accusations, or the one about how Native Americans had literally no culture before they were given one by aliens from space. And nobody ever remembers those other two.

You can extend this to Star Trek Online too because that game goes places. "Hey remember the time in STO when thanks to Future Janeway's virus in the final VOY episode, the Borg were so weakened that the good guys were able to wipe them out? But then the Iconians (you know, those extinct hyper-advanced peoples that TNG and DS9 mention a bunch of times) come back and they're so insanely powerful that even a Federation/Klingon/Romulan front is standing no chance, so Nog and a bunch of scientists decide to rebuild Arronax's timeship from VOY to try and erase the Iconians from history, but they fuck up so badly that they create a timeline where the Borg have assimilated the Romulan Empire? And in trying to undo that, they end up inadvertently creating and living in the timeline all the tv shows exist in, revealing we were in an alternate timeline for almost 10 years of the game's existence?" "Hey remember when it was revealed that the Terran Emperor in the mirror universe is Mirror Wesley after he killed The Traveller and absorbed his powers?" "Hey remember when after the Hobus supernova the Romulan Star Empire split into about 3 factions, then it split into 5 factions, then they condensed into 2 factions, and then those 2 factions had a civil war with Se'la as the new Empress?"

In that episode Pat brings up, they didn't clone Harry Kim. There was a spacial anomaly in which the entire ship was split into two tangential realities. So neither ship is the original or a copy. By the end of the episode, one of the Voyagers gets destroyed and the other escapes, however, he Harry Kim from the ship that stays together is killed and the Harry Kim from the one that gets destroyed switches ships and survives. So... yeah, it's not the same Harry, but neither is it really a clone. He's has had all the same memories and experiences as the other Harry up until the moment the ship split. So it is essentially the same guy as always. Still kinda jarring to think about though.

Close. The one that died was from the ship that got utterly wrecked, and the ship that was fine has its shields go down at the most inopportune time which allows a boarding invasion by the Vidiians to harvest them. @@RIDDICK0911 Progress is a meh episode elevated by Brian Keith's performance as the old man, and while Battle Lines is a very lore-important episode and an important one for Kira's character (before you know, they decide to reset her character as they did multiple times in the show), the actual script is not great. And to me The Forsaken is not a good episode, but rather an episode with one really good scene, as opposed to Half a Life from TNG which is also a Lwaxana episode and is so good it actually redeemed the character for me. Babel is fun, I'll admit that. But I have really high standards for DS9.

To clarify, because this gets misunderstood a lot, but both Harrys are the original Harry. Voyager got split into two Voyagers simultaneously, but one Voyager lost its Harry and the other had to sacrifice itself to save the first Voyager, so they sent their Harry over before self-destructing. It's a zany premise but Harry is just as much the real deal as the rest of them are to him.

@@manjackson2772 Unpopular opinion: While "Code of Honor" is terrible, it's not at the same level of terribleness as, say, "Threshold" or "Sub Rosa". What truly makes "Code of Honor" terrible is the decision made, at production time, to cast all African-American actors as the Ligonians. Without that, it's a poorly-executed Mars Needs Women plot that relies too heavily on "Amok Time" for its resolution - a bad script, but a coherent one. Compared to something like the others, where even just the script leaves you asking "what the hell did I just read?" and it is clear that "Code"'s trouble lies mostly in its execution rather than its conception.
