I was recently in a teen challenge and I was suicidal. I read your book last week. I was lead back to committing myself to living and pursuing professional help with Jesus as my core. Ty for bringing the stigma to light . Your book helped save my life. God bless you. I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

I just listened to one of your videos earlier today where you said you had been through more than one depression. I can’t remember the exact number, but you said the first one was at the age of fifteen. I’m confused and also a bit skeptical now.

@@juliemccollum2781 please expound. When JRC hosted Bill Johnson, I cut ties all with them. A friend forwarded this to me and I am trying to be discerning as I listen. On what specific theological truths does this fellow err?

@@bbeth7092 we too have left JRC. Sizzling Summer is another issue! My eyes were opened after watching American Gospel: Christ Alone. Where is this mans bible? Where is the gospel of Jesus Christ? Where is the message of repentance? Jesus gave his self for our sins that we would have eternal life, not so we don’t suffer from anxiety! Our hope should be in that future promise of life and life eternal! The man talked more about his self than Jesus. If you search KZbin for Chris Hodges false teacher you can see his many heretic “sermons”. There is a place for motivational speakers, but it’s not church!

@@juliemccollum2781 Thank you. I have noticed the trend of preachers focusing on comfort now as opposed to being eternally minded, suffering for the gospel, taking up our cross, repenting of sin, being hated by the world etc... This particular teaching did seem like a self help pep talk.
