Welcome to the World of Dimash. He is 28yo, 6'3", and has a 7 0ctave + 2 semi-tones range (C1 - D8, sustained!) He uses his mixed and head voices with total control (not falsetto). Dimash is classically-trained since the age of 5. He sings in 15 different languages, and plays 7 different languages. His mother is an opera singer, and his father is a pop singer, both well known in their own country. He is a very humble young man, as well, and calls his fans his "Dears". He said it's his most comfortable place to be, since he was a little child. "falsetto" is only a fraction of his upper range. He sings full supported soprano, and is a master of whistle register.

Full supported soprano IS falsetto. There is nothing weak about singing in falsetto. Opera singers will never tell you that a soprano sings in headvoice. At a certain register there is a break and you need to flip into the next. Not the same note for everyone but approximate area. Dimash can pull his headvoice up far before having to flip. He's also very good at being able to reinforce his falsetto but that doesn't mean that it isn't falsetto.

Dimash is 6’3, athletic, handsome and as humble and sweet and respectful as anyone could imagine. I’ve flown to two different countries to see him live which was amazing. I am 77 year old U.K. lady. I’ve listened every day for five years. Dimash sings lots of styles from opera to rap and does them all superbly. And he dances, models, directs, plays seven instruments and speaks Kazakh, Russian and is getting pretty good in English now and can speak some phrases in mandarin. The newest latest language is Japanese for a song called Okinaide which is absolutely gorgeous. He surprises with every new venture.

As those below have said, though he can look petite in videos, it's just because the stages are so big! He is 6ft 3, so plenty of room for those longer than usual vocal cords! Happily, we don't need to wonder for long where he came from because his last name gives it away. Kudaibergen means "given by God". This guy is a dolphin... his high notes are not measured on the musical scale they are in Hertz... you will see. About the song is not from him, is a Canadian Songwriter for Opera Rock, is about someone getting mad. Also, the legend says is a "complicated" song since some of the singers that sang it died very young (accidents and diseases - check Daniel Balovaine, Gregory Lemarchal and so) ... anyway the most important thing is HOW he made himself, training, breaking down his own body and studying exactly what can and cannot do. Dimash is 6 feet 3 inches tall. Hardly petite. He began his classical/operatic vocal and instrumental training at age 5. He was probably 24 here, so he had been training all of those years and now at 28, we still see pictures of quick video of him working with his vocal coach from time to time. He is also dedicated to his craft and is known to spend 6 hours a day training. He is athletic, giving, loving to his family and friends, highly motivated a true overachiever. By any vocal coach I have heard react to him, he is the greatest singer out there.

"S.O.S" is a song from the mid '70's, from the Québec-France 's "Starmania" pop-rock musical. I have been a fan since then, and yes, I am that old. Michel Berger (France) composed the musical score and Luc Plamondon (Québec) wrote the the lyrics. Luc Plamondon is amongst the best French speaking lyricists of his generation. René Angélil asked him if he could write an entire album for Céline and he did. It came out in 1991 and is called "Dion Chante Plamondon". Almost all songs from "Starmania" became contemporary classics in the French musical repertoire and Céline Dion covers a few of them when on tour, like "Ziggy" and " Le Blues du Businessman".

Just so you know, Dimash is 6' 3 1/2". He is a tall drink of water! I subscribed for more Dimash as I am a huge Dimash Dear. He calls his fans Dears. I look forward to wonderful new reactions. Dimash is a rule breaker, a shapeshifter, combining genre's from opera to R&B, rock screaming to rap, to jazz riffs, to traditional folk references, to dolphin calls not only in one song but sometimes in one phrase of a song. He is 6'3" and so ridiculously photogenic that he has modeled, been on the cover of GQ and been voted "Most Handsome" in popular Asian polls. He is considered a cultural ambassador for Kasachstan and has received many awards for his music and philanthropic work. He has created highly artistic videos, and mini-movies that leave his fans ( whom he calls his Dears) begging for a movie starring him. Dimash has a sung range of G0-D8 7.7 octaves as of 2022 he is below and above the piano. His control, microphone technique, and emotives are just as wonderful as his range and he does many genres of musical styles in many languages.

Best reaction Ive seen to Dimash in a long long time. Genuine. He is not quite petite at 6' 3'' although is quite lean. He is speaking French and what planet he is from is still undetermined. You probably think the folks here on your timeline saying you have seen only a small portion of his talents are being false but they are telling you the truth. This "petite" man is 6'3" tall and his voice comes from the fact that he's actually been training since he was 5 years old. He was 23 at this performance and is now 29 years old. This is not the Grand Prix. This is the Slavic Bazaar. You even mentioned that in your introduction.
