The worst story I have heard so far is the one about the woman who had to carry nonviable twins to birth in Texas. It was a story in the Texas Tribune last year, October 11th. It is a long story, but worth reading. The government essentially tortured this entire family, kids included, for months. Emotionally, physically, and financially. There was zero reason this woman had to carry to term, and after they were born the twins suffered terribly before they died. Why? Why was any of that necessary? It wasn’t.

What’s being emphasized is the times when a pregnancy is naturally failing and some women are being denied NEEDED care at a time that might be extremely distressing to someone who desperately wants to keep her child. There are cases where if a woman gets the right care at the right time that pregnancy could be saved. But the circumstances now are preventing Drs from even evaluating if that’s the case until it’s way too late.

Men also use the services at Planned Parenthood as well. Education about STDs, child care and preparing to become a parent. Many people don't have family to rely on so PP provides greatly needed assistance. STDs increase in areas where these services are eliminated. PP's goal is to avoid abortion by providing free and/or affordable birth control for all women. Restricting funding for preventative health care for women will most definitely result in more abortions. Vote blue for freedom.🇺🇸

I'm a mental health professional. I've had clients/couples dealing with a variety of tragic women's health issues, with outcomes that people don't even consider. This issue needs to be tied to mental health (PTSD, post-partum depression, anxiety, depression, grief/loss.). Even the guys can struggle with problems like performance anxiety. The "abortion" issue also needs to be directly tied to finances/economic strain. Not just $$, but having to be off work once FMLA runs out. Sadly, this has already been happening, even when RvW was around. Getting that type of health care, even when extremely necessary has been difficult since many, many doctors wouldn't do it unless you were over 30 something, had multiple kids and your husband agreed. This pretty much made it impossible for young people with a uterus to get their tubes tied or a hysterectomy, even in cases of cancer, PCOS, endometriosis, dangerous health issues, and other severe medical pain/distress/blood loss. What would you future potential husband do if you can't pop out his kids, even if you die doing it? We should be able to make decisions for ourselves. We are not chattel, brood mares, incubators, or property. We are people and should have the same rights to make our decisions over our own medical care without other people, including religious zealots, getting in our way. If I don't want to have kids, then that is no one else's business than a potential partner and only if I decide to discuss it with them. @@paulk9188 Except it isn't. Quite a few Red states are actively preventing referendums on abortion as they know their voters support abortion. Originally it was a federal issue until Roe v Wade and then they wanted it as a state issue until they realized that their voters did not want it, now it is a Republican Party only issue and no one else can have a say.

Having women share their personal stories helps put a living human face on the data. Data is impersonal, it's frequently just numbers tabulated to provide a statistic to some aspect of society, life, science, medicine, etc. The people who are representative of that data are real, you can see them, hear them, and for those with a heart, someone for whom you can have empathy and compassion. It can be at any time….because if a female has a miscarriage, she MUST have a DNC aka abortion in order to clean out her body otherwise she can bleed out, her female organs can have infection set in, causing her to die from sepsis or if she survives, she could be left infertile. Think how many females suffer miscarriages, they just need the proper care to be able to try and get pregnant again when they want to have families. Many don’t realize that a DNC procedure is termed n bortion nd are being denied until they are on deaths door. Search up testimony of Amanda Zubrawski from TX to congress on her 18 week miscarriage, they desperately wanted their child, but could not get proper care so she almost died. Plus they don’t know if she will be able to conceive because of how bad the infection was. Search up Radio Host Ryan Hamilton’s video on his wife’s horrific miscarriage plight and what they both went through as she almost died. The list goes on and on.

On the off chance you genuinely don’t know, late term abortions occur when the fetus is dead, the pregnant person’s life is in danger, or both. I’m sure that somewhere in the history of life, you can find a counter example, but I’m telling you statistically what it is. Let me tell you what is happening right this moment. People are dying because it’s either them or the fetus and the government has chosen the fetus. People are dying because they have some other uterine problem that requires the same procedure as an abortion. People are left with life-threatening, lifelong health conditions because they weren’t given the proper treatment until it was nearly too late, others have lost their uteruses because they have gone septic. People are being forced to give birth to corpses, or children who live for hours or days in excruciating agony because they’re missing some vital part. Imagine being watching your child slowly suffocate to death in the hour it manages to live. There’s a woman who doesn’t have to imagine, because she lived it. Fairytale ideas of infanticide being allowed to occur via abortion will never happen. It isn’t real.

This is not propaganda, you can look it up but people Anglicized him! The government accumulated $7.8 trillion of gross federal debt while President Trump was in office. President Biden cut the deficit by more than $1.7 trillion during his first two years in office-the largest decline in American history. It will be interesting to see his accumulation of gross federal debt when the election is over.

This can be solved. The health care should check the patient vote in the voting database. If the patient votes for the GOP, then reject in accordance with the GOP decision. If the patient votes for Democrats, then proceed with the health procedure in accordance with the party decision. This way both the GOP and Dems wins.

I am a native "North Idahoian" born and raised here..went away for education and work and came back for retirement. Idaho used to be a conservative but logical / moderate state. Not anymore since right wing MAGA took over the legislature. The legislature passed a law punishing MD's who work in the reproductive rights area thus shutting down the OBGYN hospital facility in Sandpoint.

Unfortunately, he has actively chosen not to listen to these stories for literally decades so he can pretend like this. After all, he's old enough that he was an adult when Roe was first decided. He has heard all of this his whole life. Heard, but never really listened. He doesn't care. He hates women and doesn't care about his own kids, so why would he care about anyone else's? He doesn't care if they suffer and die as long as it doesn't inconvenience him. It's part of why he assaults them and lies about it. Only he is a real person with thoughts and feelings who should be respected. Other men are only respected insofar as they are useful to him. Firstly, quit the notion that there is something like a soul. It doesn't exist. Every thought, every statement, every conscious or unconscious action is controlled by the brain. Secondly, character development is completed in early adulthood. Remember the G7 summit in August 2019 in Biarriz, France? He justified his absence during a meeting by saying that he had bi-lateral meetings with two other politicians, even though there were pictures of these two politicians attending the very meeting from which he had been missed. The next day, he claimed, without any reason, to have had (two) telephone conversations with China, which China denied. Or the hurricane Dorian-Alabama controversy - also called 'Sharpiegate'? He tweeted that "In addition to Florida - South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama, will most likely be hit (much) harder than anticipated." Which NOAA's forecast didn't show at all. Unable to admit any wrongdoing, he insisted for days his comment had been correct, even showed reporters a weather map which he had altered with his distinctive black Sharpie to show the hurricane's track would in fact threatening Alabama. He also reportedly ordered his aides to obtain an official retraction of the weather bureau's comment that the storm was not headed for Alabama which they did by publishing an unsigned statement that would support his claim. Lying is second nature to him at this point. Trump has lied since his early childhood, perhaps first out of necessity for self-protection but has figured out that it helps him to not get punished for his deeds as well as provided him revenge gratification. Renowned clinical psychiatrists already warned since 2015, that Trump is a malignant narcissist. You may remember how he talked about his late brother, as if he is a stranger to him, whom he heard once, but knows nothing about. Strangely similar to how he’s talking about cabinet members or career officials who have left offices. He is a person who is incapable to form an emotional connection with anyone, not even with his closest family. He is also unable to form a professional relationship with peers, never mind appointees. He expects loyalty from everybody, but nobody should expect loyalty back from him. This kind of person tents to be abrasive and abusive. In this regard, Trump has emulated his father to perfection and as he has craved for his father's appreciation and affection, so do his own children. If he hadn't been born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he would most likely have spent most of his life in prison. But there is something else: he is crassly incompetent: He is able to read, but avoids lengthy, complex texts, such as reports about dry topics that need full concentration and the ability of abstraction. If one pays attention to his speeches, one can note the difference between on script and off script: If reading from a script he droles like a priest reading a sermon. If he speaks off script, he is repetitive and constructs simple sentences, as well as goes off on tangents. I suspect an underlying, unattended dyslexia. I also suspect he has dyscalculia, too since he doesn’t read the balance sheets of his businesses and makes up exaggerated numbers out of thin air. Probably also ADD, since he seems to have difficulties to concentrate. It is well acknowledged that children with multiple learning difficulties tent to be difficult students if the problems are not treated appropriately, aggressive against fellow classmates particularly against the most vulnerable, and teachers. I assume his parents put him in a military academy precisely because he was a student difficult to discipline and sooner or later was kicked out of every regular school.

Just read an article which really clarified one of the reasons why this is happening. It's simple. EMTALA (A federal law requiring a hospital to treat any women who is at risk of death). It also applies to the foetus now that it has been given the same rights as a human being after birth through the dobs decision. That means doctors are faced with a legal paradox where the law requiring them to save the mother also requires them to save the foetus. Doctors are now having to ask themselves how close to death the mother has to be before they can abort the foetus to save her. The very definition of stabilising the mother also comes into question. Does that include saving her fertility or other non life threatening consequences. It no longer becomes a decision about doing the least harm and becomes a decision about ticking the most legal boxes. So there you have it. You don't need to question whether it is happening any more pro-lifers as the law you helped create requires the mothers life to be put at risk in many situations. This really highlights the impact of people imposing their views on others while showing little interest in the impact their decisions will have on those in question. Simple answers for complex problems will always end in disaster.

On top of that, if the Doctors are found that they acted too soon, with mother not close enough to death….. they can be jailed for life. So many OBGYN Doctors are leaving states with these laws. Which leaves females with no Dr near to them for pregnancy care. One mother is driving 3 plus hours just to see Dr for routine pregnancy checkup appts. Having to stop every 20 min to pee. She said it becomes an all day event just to see Dr.
