when you complete that run on Friday...I wonder if you will spend second thinking back to what that doctor said....i wonder if that doctor will give his head a wobble. Legend is too small a word.

I assume you were at Selly Oak - may I inquire if the physician with the negative outlook was there as well; and able to learn from your recovery process to better his own knowledge and methods; as you recovered and learned yourself?
