Dave, the only words missing when you were burning the tank are, "Hold my beer, hey, Y'all, watch this." Always look forward to your videos.

When I was a kid my Dad went in the backyard with a hacksaw, grinder, some hinges and other assorted hardware and a 50 gallon oil drum. A few hours later he was barbecuing chicken and grilling hamburgers. Over the years his oil drum grill was the main attraction at a lot of family get togethers. Dave, if my Dad was alive today he'd be your biggest fan.

Ok, now that's pretty slick. I LOVE the height of it. I'm a tall guy myself, and get so sick of having to bend over to do everything. I believe I'm going to make something like this myself.

Your repurpose of the fuel tank……..”Brilliant”! The leg spacing looked a little close together, some sort of a base that’s wider than the legs are now. Or anchored in rock or dirt especially if you have a place you will make your outdoor kitchen. Love you and Brook! Looking forward to seeing how you renovate this property, it’s the whole property you renovate not just the house. What you have done so far is great and seeing the stove you made and the food you cooked says you will not starve! Carry on! Make another video soon, I’m so excited to watch! Thanxz

(Tom here.) Dave, it's really amazing how lazy and uncaring some people can be. Whoever left that kerosene burner there really didn't care about cleaning up after themselves. What a Lazy-Butt!!!! I'm glad you were able to re-purpose it and use it for your own good, sir. A lot of people can learn SO MUCH from you and Brooke through your videos!! Thank you for providing these posts to everyone here on KZbin. Take care and may GOD continue to bless you, Brooke, and your whole family as you continue to do your work. (Tom)

I went to Costa Rica with Brooke and we made hand-made tortillas on similar kind of flat big top. That farm made the best home grown and fresh hand ground coffee ive ever put to my lips. Tell Brooke to bring the tortilla dough and salsa her next trip up to the UP cabin. Gotta break that in properly on a Taco Tuesday. Eveyday is taco Tuesday in my house. Maybe see what porcupine tacos taste like. 😂 salsa and sour cream, guac...probably all tastes good!

Your resourcefulness is something we don’t see much of these days. Everything that loses its face value purpose is seen as trash and thrown to waste. I was raised to see use in practically everything so this makes me happy. Keep teaching these valuable lessons brother!
