Taku, have you ever tried foraging in the south, like down in the Oyster Beds of the Gulf Coast. They're a different kind of oyster than we had in Oregon and Washington, but delicious just the same. Not to mention the crab, crawfish, and other seafood. Let me know if you like to go after Bluefin and or Yellowfin some time, my family runs a deep-sea charter service down out of Venice Louisiana. Taku's purple pest removal service strikes again. People here say that you need to do some collaborations with others. Forget that! THEY need to do collaborations with YOU! I was sort of blah towards uni for a while, but I was always getting it from large red or black urchins. You got me to try these little purple guys and there is a difference! I wouldn't take them before because I thought it was going to be too much work. Boy was I wrong!
