I also wish On X was as supportive in Canada. it doesn’t show you who the land owners are it it does show you the property boundaries. In Canada, I use iHunter as I find it’s a bit more tailored to Canada but very similar to On X. I did give On X a shot recently and I 100% can see how powerful it would be in the US!

North Dakota is definitely on my waterfowling to do list. Hoping to hit Saskatchewan next season and hopefully make my way down to North Dakota, Kansas and Arkansas in the near future and get some great footage! Started using #5 Bismuth for ducks and #4 for geese and it’s worked out great. Congrats on the great hunt!

There’s nothing worse than a vocal dog. Very important to nip that right from the beginning or it will never stop. People like to say some can’t be taught but they can, just gotta start from the puppy stage.

Please for the love of god get a shock collar to train you dog to be quite. I know it sounds mean but it’s necessary. People will absolutely not invite you on hunts if you bring your whiny dog. It’s a harsh reality but you’ll thank yourself

They will lean that they get a verbal warning first. Then get buzzed. Then last strike they get shocked. Work backwards from there so they fear the buzz and then your verbal warnings will work. Then she will be silent all togeyher
