This Elderly Lady was screwed over by a previous business that was mowing her yard, they didn't show up for several weeks, finally she found out they sold the business and retired and left her helpless. She prayed to the lord and contacted the city and they got us in contact with her. This Elderly Lady was so kind, so beautiful and we were so blessed to help her out by trimming her bushes, mowing her lawn and saving her from a fine! You will be shocked at the reveal and we even had a special guest show up. Blessed

You could tell this lady needed help. When you look at how shaky her balance is and the poor ladies arthritic hands, She was grateful for all the free you and your son gave her. It was an extra treat to see the deer come out in the light of day to feel comfortable enough to get as close as she did. Bless you and your son for doing this for the lady, and I hope you had a lawn service name for her to get regular mowing at a reasonable cost to her to replace the service that bailed on her. That back yard was hugely beautiful.

Not bad Erik! Advice from an old retired arborist! Bushes and schrubs should be pruned from the bottom up! Open up the bases to promote airflow and strong growth. Then trim the sides then shape! Allways place the edge of trimmer in the direction of the bushes shape! When done shaping and trimming remove dead branches from the base! This will make the job much easier!

You have such a good son! My parents had a business and I started working when I was maybe six years old when my father would bring home coin wrappers for me to stamp the business logo on. Doesn’t sound like much but when you’re six and he brings home a box that holds 1000 of each coin, pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters it’s a lot. Of, course this was back in the 1960s and I didn’t get paid much. Lol

It’s so good to see your son out there with you mowing and raking. Mowing lawns was the first jobs my brothers and I had has 12-15 year olds… my Dad had an old ford pickup and 4-5 lawnmowers and he’d shuffle us around mowing 3-5 yards a day all summer. It’s how we paid for our own school clothes and anything extra we had. My dad retired from the Navy when I was 10 and he worked many jobs supporting a wife and 6 kids…and we didn’t want to let him down…it taught us real values and gave us spending money for the movies. I didn't go out mowing lawns around town when I was younger, I had a couple neighbors that I'd mow for when they were away on vacation, a few family friends would come get me to help them with their lawns as well...I never got paid for any of it, it was more or less just something to do, and I enjoyed mowing anyways...the trouble is, I still enjoy it, I'm just allergic to grass, ugg.
