Amazing to see this kind of cooperation. I'm 70 years old in congestive heart failure and when my wife asked our young neighbor if he could just trim up around the mailbox while he was mowing , his answer was " I don't work for nothing". Sad really. Not the way I was raised at all so a clip like this gives me hope for mankind.

I've never met a dude I couldn't get along with while working hard jobs. When I worked part time in the food service industry, I met so many toxic women that spread lies and rumors about their coworkers and bosses, it was just terrible. I used to just work and do whatever was asked of me, then I heard the rumor about me. I found out where it came from, wore a button camera and caught the woman who was telling those lies and reported it to management. She was telling people that I was stealing from the restaurant. It was my second day job and I never did any of that. She got canned at the end of the work week which was nice of them. I seen her at a house party after that, maybe about a month after and she looked strung out like she was on something. I heard later that year she was deceased of an overdose of heroin.

Most of the time, they don't stop by. Someone is lucky to have had two neighbors that give a damn. People get old and can't take of a place anymore. They move to something they can manage, and that's their focus. Eric and his friend, the other neighbor, are actually protecting their own property value (provided they had homes in that area). That front end on the tractor is something I had not seen before. Can someone tell me what the heck that is?
