i was just on hatteras island last week! my family has gone to hatteras, obx for 30 years (i’m only 18 so before i was born lol) and we love it! definitely my favorite part about living in north carolina. happy to see your family enjoying it! I also leave for college next week, so my last family vacation before then was a little bittersweet

I don't blame the parents for that. The 2 teenagers and 1 adult that's in the backseat are aware of the seatbelt and it's their job to put it on.

@@ekkythump3706 The Driver would get the ticket and in this case given the age of the backseat passengers if I was the Driver the money for the ticket would be coming out of their pockets. Mike and Jill had their seatbelts on from what I can see so it appears they followed rules and regulations.

It only takes a second and you’re life is changed forever. I have been in a car accident before I was wearing my seatbelt but because of my injuries I had to learn to walk again but if I wasn’t wearing one I would be dead
